This was my 7th stay at Embassy Garden, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. From the outstanding customer service to the seamless check-in process, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the in-unit amenities made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly appreciate the consistency and look forward to returning again.

Was checked in by Oko. He was very patient and showed me around the property. Asked me to contact him if anything and he kept in contact with me. The property is well maintained, space is airy and bright, high ceilings and view of the pool/restaurant/gym area as well as the forecourt.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the facilities including water pressure, internet access and speed and swimming pool with onsite restaurant makes this an ideal location for both holiday and business. I highly recommend Peravi suites at Embassy Gardens in Accra, Ghana.

Oko helped us with a smooth check-in process, but did not seem to have all of our needed changes confirmed. We were also not alerted that the restaurant closes early on Sundays, but thankfully they let us order food to go!

Ok so as soon as I arrived after a grueling 18 hour flight, I expected to find a cold water in the fridge. There was nothing, although Water was listed as included under the amenity section. Also wanted to have nice warm shower and they were no shower, gels or soaps also as listed under the amenity list and the water was mostly cool. I asked the host about the water and soaps and was told I would have to buy or they were not included even though listed on their site Not a single towel in the kitchen, and paper towels. Had to buy my own toilet paper too. lol. The host not a very good communicator, actually poor. The place was generally nice, but there was a small leak at the base in the toilet, which I told him about and he did not get it repaired. The kitchen sink also did not drain well at all. I found cockroaches in the kitchen on 2 occasions. Bed was moderately hard so if you like soft or memory foam, forget it. Quite steep staircase to the 2nd level. Be careful coming down. Cleaning lady showed up on 2 occasions but was inconvenient. I told her to come back the next but did not return. On the 13th of 14 days she returned to get the garbage and I asked her to clean the room. Finally, the day before my departure.

We booked a last-minute 13-day stay at Pervasi Suites at Embassy Gardens in Accra, Ghana from May 9th–22nd. The good: Embassy Gardens itself is beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained, the pool area and restrooms were clean, there’s a lovely restaurant on-site, and the front desk staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The issues were with the host and the room management itself. We booked a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit specifically because it advertised two TVs. One bedroom had a TV but no remote. We requested a remote at check-in and followed up multiple times throughout the stay, but never received one. We also dealt with several smaller but frustrating issues that added up over time: missing basics like a can opener and corkscrew, dead batteries in the AC and TV remotes, garbage not being removed, and very limited housekeeping (the room was cleaned only once during our 13-day stay). Individually, none of these issues were catastrophic. The real problem was the lack of responsiveness from the host. Calls and texts often went unanswered, and we frequently had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic assistance. Overall, we left feeling adrift and unsupported as guests, which put a damper on what otherwise could have been a wonderful stay. Host: please do better with communication, responsiveness, and setting clear expectations for your guests.

Be aware,they didn’t provide the service as Website mentioned,When the first day check in there’s nothing in the room .. No bottles water , Towel, no hair dryer, no Shampoo,patio chair was broken,also no internet.. 3rd day stay whole room no power at all for 5 hours .. and front desk is helpless.. I was trying to cancel my stay but I can’t because I have paid 7 days stay .. Won’t come back anymore !
