We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff and management were so wonderful, and I was overjoyed at the guest house. The rooms were large, with very fine decorations and modern, contemporary design. Both the beach and the main road are only two minutes away by walking. The airport is about 20 minutes away. If anyone looking for a budget hotel with an aura, I strongly recommend visiting the lovely guest house. I recently traveled to Ghana and wanted to visit the capital for a few days, a friend recommended this guest house because I had been very disappointed with the previous hotel reservation. The guest house was a joy to stay at. The rooms were big with very fine decoration and modern, modern design. The beach and main roads are only two minutes away on foot. The airport is around 20 minutes away. I would return and return there.

Let me be brief. Everything here is broken or will break during your stay. Toilets do not flush if toilet paper is put in. Water pressure in the shower and sink is low. Air conditioning doesn't work. 3035 degrees most days and the mattresses are very hard. Water works on and off. There was no housekeeping for 3 days. There are rusty water pipes and shower fixtures. It was difficult to breathe for someone with asthma or a child because of mold in the corners of the bathroom. Make sure phone and do not work building are surrounded by a sketchy neighborhood. Just 2 employees in the entire hotel are responsible for making breakfast, reception, plumbing and general complaints. They are nice, but they do everything and are stretched too thin. Management is occasionally on location. But she is unprofessional, they ask for cash payment of your entire stay upon arrival. If you have complaints, you are asked to leave the property. Breakfast is simple. No complaints. 1 unseasoned egg, bread, and tea.

The location is right at the Hawala beach, but if you want to stay in the area and still comfortable, you can see the attractive open restaurant right around the corner. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, but the service was not that good, they give you the best service. The room size was huge, the room quality is good. I stayed here for 3 nights and the service was great.

We couldn't stay at Precious lodge. When we arrived at the lodge, receptionist didn't have any record of our stay, after receiving the full payment. The room alocated to us was absolutely disgusted and neglected. The were moods in the room. Every pieces of furniture in the room were broken. The bedding wasn't good. Old and over used bed sheet. The bathroom was filthy. The bath towel was old and wrecked. The manager of the property was not supported to us. I spoke to him on many occassion regarding my hotel refund. He refused to authorise my refund. We struggled all night to get a hotel to stay. Our first trip to Ghana. My wife took photos of the room. I will attach the photos

This property needs a complete overhaul. It’s not currently fit for purpose. Pictures definitely do not reflect the actual property. Please take off the market until it is renovated, redecorated and brought up to standards required for the current market.

The water was cold. No air conditioning. Bugs in room. Had to move room, finally just moved to a better hotel.
