Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small

I only stayed here 1 night . So basically it was a very nice place the restaurant I had Lunch and it was Very good staff was very attentive in the restaurant and the front desk even tried to help me extend my flight with my airline. I didn't expect this and she did it without even asking me. My room was a bit close to the pool and they were having a little music and I just wanted to sleep early. I called the front desk they quickly switched my room sent someone to bring my things to another room. Very attentive I would stay again longer to enjoy the facilities.

This hotel has the most beautiful grounds, full of plants and flowers. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was great. Wonderful restaurant, outdoor dining, and bar.

This is a lovely hotel, although undergoing construction work when we stayed and with a few teething problems in the newly refurbished room (that the team worked hard to resolve) The gardens are really lovely, the pool is great, the staff are excellent! Very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Nancy at the front desk and Prince in the restaurant provide amazing 5-Star service. They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, very eco-friendly , lots of green spaces. The room was spacious , clean and a mix of modern and rustic decor. Highly recommended.
