Definitely making this my home when visiting Ghana. Located between the Ou and the isolated road, in a type of residential area called Nanika estate. The hotelapartments are down a culdesac street which gives it an intimate feel. It's quite quiet because it's hidden from the main and side roads. Koala supermarket is worth looking at as a reference point because it's a few streets from there walking 10 mins car 23 mins. The flat was a deluxe apartment with an outdoor terrace seating area. The apartments photo gallery online does not do it justice because the property is very clean and not dingy airtight space as I expected. We had a lounge area with an open plan kitchen. The large bedroom leads into that room with an assurance toilet shower room. We had cable channels in the bedroom and lounge area and the room had working air conditioning. Wifi was reliable although it did disappear for a few hours, which was quickly fixed by the staff. One thing that this location is always full. During our stay, every room and apartment were occupied, which gave us little time to extend our stay if we wanted it. There were young westernghanaians on what seemed to be an 1830 s holiday in the grd floor apartment with a balcony. I discovered them to be regulars at this location. I can highly recommend this place. In the heart of the city, just between the airport and aura down town, the Van der Sale hotel apartments and rooms are about 6 kilometers from aura central railway station. This is a modern hotel in a typical street. The room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the service is friendly. Although breakfast is not included, it is available. Fast and free WiFi. Uber is reliable and the best way to get to the hotel. A very pleasant surprise.

The hotel has great friendly personnel with a comfy bed, free WiFi, and good air conditioning. The area is quiet, however there is no signpost, and it's difficult to find.
