• Change of Linens/Towels: We offer free linen and towel changes every 3 days during your stay.
• Housekeeping Time: From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm daily.
• Water: Please note that tap water is not drinkable.
• Toilets: Please do not throw paper in the toilet.
• Cleaning and Maintenance Equipment: In the outdoor closet of your balcony, there is available a broom, mop, laundry basin, and clothes lockers. Additionally, you'll find mosquito coils there to help repel mosquitoes in outdoor areas.
• Baby Equipment: We are pleased to inform you that we provide a highchair and a foldable travel cot for your convenience during your stay.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside the property, with exclusive use of an ashtray. Please refrain from discarding cigarette butts in the garden area. High summer temperatures increase fire risks, and improper disposal affects the cleanliness for other residents.
• Travel Pharmacy Kit: We are pleased to inform you that a complimentary travel pharmacy kit is available in the bathroom of your accommodation.
• Beach Towels: Available upon request; please contact us to arrange for them.
• Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC and all lights when you leave the property. We try to protect the environment!
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 00:00 - 08:00.
• Parties: Parties are not allowed.
• Damage: If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately so we can arrange for the appropriate technician. Any damage will incur an extra charge.
• Extra Charges: Please note that an additional charge of €10 per night applies for each extra adult or child not previously disclosed.
• Recycling: We aim to recycle as much as possible. Please use the designated bins for recyclable waste.
• Garden: We take care of the garden every other day, so you may encounter a member of our team on the property.
• Nature: Our property is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, providing a peaceful environment. You may occasionally see some local animals or insects as part of the natural surroundings.
