We loved saying here. Felt like staying with a welcoming family and not at a hotel. George ensured we understood all the features of the hotel and the room upon our arrival. Yianna was so friendly and helpful in mapping out our time in Athens to ensure we saw as much as we could in our short time. Absolutely will stay here again if we find ourselves in Athens.

Acropolis stay is an excellent place to stay while you are in Athens . It’s close to everything you need to go and explore the city. Very nice and knowledgeable worker especially Yianna . The room was clean and immaculate. I would rate it 10/10 for my experience.

When I booked this hotel several months ago I was not really sure what to expect, other than it had good reviews. Now after having spent 2 nights there recently I see why this property receives excellent reviews. The staff was phenomenal, scheduling our pick up from the cruise port and then scheduling our transport to the airport. Check in was quick and fantastic experience. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before our room was available. They stored our bags while we explored Athens and contacted us when the room was ready, which was 2.5 hours before the check in time. Upon returning to our room the front desk receptionist took it upon herself to place our suitcases in our room for us, saving me lugging up 4 suitcases up steep stairs, as the hotel does not have an elevator. This place is located in the historic district, an easy and quick walk to the Acropolis, Parthenon, Panathenaic stadium, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping. Just around the corner from the hotel is the historic pedestrian streets with all the restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The price per night was very reasonable. If visiting Athens, I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at Acropolis Stay! Such a fantastic location and the staff were fantastic. Shout out especially to Joanna whose enthusiasm for her hometown was infectious and she gave us so many great tips. Our room was on the top floor so there were some stairs to walk up which weren’t a problem at all for us. Good news is that there is a lift for suitcases which really helped. Would definitely star there again.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to restaurants, archeological sites, and shopping. The staff were very kind and helpful. The family room was a perfect set up for my husband, myself, and our two teens who could have their own beds. I would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Acropolis Stay! Friendly service and accommodating. They helped arrange airport transfers (48euros each way) and were fast answering questions via WhatsApp. The room was spacious (full bed and 2 twin beds perfect for a group of 4. Had mini fridge and storage space for luggage. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and Acropolis. I would definitely stay here again.

Le lieu est parfait pour visiter à pied l'acropolis où les environs. Beaucoup de restaurants, terrasses. Yianna à l'accueil fut d'un gentillesse incroyable. Elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La chambre et très bien équipé, coin cuisine avec équipement (machine à café, micro-onde, vaisselle etc). Un canapé deux places. Merci Yianna!

This is a great place to stay! Location excellent! Daily delivered breakfast ! Coffee shop right around the corner! Best gelato place 3 min walk . The best was Yanni and her helpful map ! George the owner took our luggage to our room ! Saw us off on our next adventure! Highly recommend this for a stay in Athens.

The room was good and very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. What stood out especially was the warm welcome and help extended by George. Thank you, George. In addition, when I had questions about tours and emailed them in advance of my stay, there were very prompt in answering. Thank you again. The small kitchen was good and the hotel is close to many good restaurants, and the Acropolis station and Acropolis, of course. I worried that it would be noisy but it was quiet. George was prompt in answering all questions and very helpful. It was a good stay.

Best location . Best service , best staff . Can’t be beat . A great location for first time sightseeing in Athens . Close to plaka , the acropolis and a 10 min walk to restaurants with a view !
