Oh, the view was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. It was about a 10-minute walk along the waterfront to the Old Town city center. We took a taxi from the port to the hotel for 20 euros, but once we realized it was walkable, we chose to walk when we departed. There is a sidewalk though there were portions where we had to walk on the road with our carry-ons. The hotel is located next to a busy road, but the outstanding sea view more than made up for it. It sits directly across from the water and has a small beach area nearby, with a larger beach just a short walk down the road. There is a nice sitting area out front. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good as well.

Best stay for a budget hotel. Fantastic view in the area. Best view for sunset. Evangelia and Kostas were absolutely fabulous and helpful. Very courteous, got served with a delicious rice pudding made specifically with our dietary preferences. People with big heart!! Will definitely come back again. 🌞👍👏👏🍾

The staff were absolutely wonderful at both the hotel and the restaurant - arguably the best part of staying here was the staff! Great central location so everything is walking distance. The food was great, and when we had to leave early the day of checkout, they prepared a box for us to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon!

A small family run hotel, where the staff makes the difference! Simple and basic accommodations, breakfast included, and combined with staff that are genuine and kind. Nearby to delicious restaurants, and across the street from the beach. Highly recommend!!

My room was lovely and spacious but the bathroom was a little tight. I loved the location— away from the constant noise of Parikia town but still with many dining options nearby, and right across from Livadia beach. Great idea to have a mount on the patio to hang up beach towels or hand washing.

Maria, Helen, and the staff at the Alkyon Hotel were wonderful and made our stay memorable. Navigating the narrow street to get there is a “heads up” experience but that’s life in Greece, generally speaking. Beautiful view of the sea, sailing boats, and the town of Parikia beyond is wonderful. Book suite number one. It has a balcony overlooking the water.

The views from this hotel was the absolute best part of this whole place! The breakfast was great, the staff was so nice and helpful - they helped us rent a ATV and was there as soon as we got there. They can also help you book a boat tours, etc. The room was a little small but didn’t bother us at all and fit two people perfectly. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Paros!
