Smidig digital incheckning, ingen personal i receptionen men de var lätta att nå via Hotels meddelande-tjänst. Stort, fint rum med bekväma sängar. Fräscht badrum. Centralt beläget i Gamla stan men på en lugn och tyst gata.

Staff were immediately responsive when messaging in the app with questions on arrival. The room was gorgeous and clean. Location is perfect. Old Chania is literally at your door. Also, this property is very romantic. This room had a small balcony that overlooks the lane below, but there is also a beautiful larger patio open to guests across the hall. Great for a bottle of wine or a smoke. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again, or recommend this room to others. One of the two Nespresso machines had some issue, which I didn’t care about because we had two, but had to deduct from a perfect score just to be diligent for others searching for rooms.

Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in Chania.

Very comfortable boutique hotel. Very good shower, comfortable bed, nice sheets, pillows and comfortor. No front desk but easy online check-in. Was also upgraded to a suite. Quiet part of harbor area and very quaint. Good price - would stay again.

Everything was perfect and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. We felt incredibly spoiled to be staying in such an immaculate and beautiful space. The Basilica House is stunning down to every last detail. The location is amazing. Chania is so beautiful. You will be in the middle of countless amazing restaurants and cafes and shops. The bed is super comfy. We loved our stay.

Beautiful room with plenty of space in the heart of Chania. Easily walkable to many great restaurants and main town area. Parking was difficult to find and one of the AC units didn’t work too well.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, wirkt wahnsinnig neu, ist sehr sauber, eine im Preis inbegriffene Klimaanlage, die Betten sehr sehr bequem und trotzdem es direkt in der Stadt (direkt davor ist eine kleine Taverne) liegt ist es nachts sehr ruhig und angenehm zum schlafen. Es gibt einen kleinen, allgemeinen Balkon, auch zum Sachen aufhängen, was sich als sehr praktisch gestaltet.

The hotel was in the perfect location to everything, no more than a few minutes walk until the Old Port or shopping. Check in was easy, the rooms were clean and spacious. Would come back!

Aoria estate is clean and location is very central in Old Chania town. Only negative is no prior communication from Expedia before arrival at the Aoria estate leading us stranded after a long day on arrival. Thankfully a local person kindly helped us to contact the owner

Was not a hotel, but a room. Worked out nice for me, but need more space if my spouse comes next time. Was in close to the Old Port and great proximity to shopping and restaurants, but in a quiet alcove. Great location!

Cute large suite with all you could need. Cleaning staff comes around daily to clean the room and owner is very friendly.

This was a great property right in old town where it was easy to walk around right there in the middle of everything. It was clean and beautiful. We loved our stay and would stay again!
