This hotel is a great find. Stylish rooms, small pool and garden area, beautiful buffet breakfast. Excellent staff who are so friendly and helpful. The food is simple but very good and generous portions. In general this hotel is very good value. A short walk to the beach and lake.

In June, we spent three nights at this hotel. There is road noise from it, however, it only comes from unmaintained motorcycles. We believe you must be on an upper floor to enjoy the sea view. We were on the third floor, overlooking the street and a tiny pool. Although it is normally peaceful and generally restful, it is. We never heard much in-house noise even though there was a function using the pool and terraces. After a long tour of Greece, we weren't doing anything, and the hotel offered comfort and amenities that met our needs, although not necessarily on budget. The spa was not utilized by us. The public spaces and pool are well-kept, and hotel service is attentive and professional. Breakfast is extensive, but the buffet arrangement means that there is a scrum when there are too many people in a small space. As we had anticipated, the restaurant was pleasant but not a destination restaurant. However, there are a variety of reasonable restaurants within a ten-minute walk. There is also a supermarket, a news stand selling uk newspapers, and several private beaches. Our room was among the less expensive rooms but much less expensive for that, though not on top of other comparable hotels in vouliagmeni. The room was comfortable, but it could have done with a little more care and attention, and housekeeping needed improvement. We were

My daughter got married in Greece and we had about 50 friends and family stay over a week. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. They gave us a room for our hairdresser and barber, they provided tables for finger food during the bride and groom dressing and blessing before church. The hotel went well beyond the norm absolutely great experience. Theres also a good vibe around the place probably down to the hotel not being too big or too small. Experiences like this don't just happen, they are the result of well managed operations. I met the general manager, and it made since her management style and personality resonated through her staff. Well done Ester and all at Athens Rivera, you really helped make the wedding an unforgettable experience. Don't believe you need 50 friends to experience this level of service. Check out other glowing reviews! Regarding location, it's a short walk to some great restaurants offering all tastes and great value. A lovely beach about 10 minutes walk away costs euros per bed that is well managed and quite secure, with bar and food services. A nice all round place to stay. Compared to mainland Greece, this area is hard to beat.

The room has a modern touch and there is a simple elevator or stairs which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is a short walk from the top beaches. The employees here gave us a wonderful room with a view of the water. The whole staff is very friendly and eager to please, and they care about our safety. The breakfast has many delicious options, and there is plenty of room to relax in the lobby by the pool or bar. There is a lot of room to hang out in the lobby. The rooms are modern in design, and they have an easily accessible elevator or stairs, which is really appreciated.
