Great location. An easy walk from the Monastiraki Train Station. We walked literally everywhere we wanted to go in Athens from the Starlight. The room was small but very clean and well appointed. We took the hot tub suite and used the hot tub most nights to relax after a long day of touring (on foot). The staff was excellent. They were helpful in giving advice and assistance on planning our days, and they went above and beyond when we had a medical issue. The were all always pleasant and accommodating. We've heard a lot about Athens, both good and bad, but found it to be a fascinating city, and the staff at the Starlight were a key to making our stay enjoyable. Oh, yes...the daily included breakfast was very good and a very good way to start the day. If you are staying there, we'd recommend using the staff to arrange transportation. They arranged to provide a private car to the port, the cruise terminal and the airport for us. More expensive than public transport, but the door-to-door service, with the Starlight arranging it for us, was well worth the extra expense. We would go back to Athens again and would stay here.

Loved the Athens Starlight Hotel. It is so close to Monastaraki Train Station, the Acropolis, the Parliament and super central Athens highlights - all in walking distance, and when you get tired, just get on the open top buses! Super simple. Great hotel. Rooms clean, freshly renovated (perhaps), awesome help to navigate the city centre on a walking exploration by yourself. Luis on the desk was especially helpful. Thanks Luis. Breakfast was lovely and included. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Enig commentaar is dat de gordijnen een beetje stuk waren. En er was geen theelepel om in je koffie of thee te roeren. Verder was alles prima in orde. Alleen ‘s avonds heel laat hoor je wel wat geluid van de bars in de omgeving, maar dat zal wel vaak zo zijn in het centrum van Athene.

Our stay was wonderful. A short one night visit that was extremely relaxing so we were re-energized for our holiday time in Greece. Room 702 had a nice view of the Acropolis. The jacuzzi tub was soothing and comfortable for two people. Plenty of power outlets in the room. There are dozens of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Staff were personable, paid attention to detail, and were very helpful. If we could rate their team higher, we would. They made our stay very comfortable. There is one flight of stairs to reach the room at the top of the building. Taking your luggage up that one flight is well worth it. Hotel staff were willing to help as well. Breakfast included plenty of protein options. The wifi was strong throughout the building.

Vi hadde fire fine overnattinger på hotellet. Hotellet har sentral beliggenhet, rent rom, gode senger og god størrelse på rommet. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme, de hadde lagd frokostpakke pga tidlig flight selvom vi ikke hadde bestilt. De var også hjelpsomme med flyplasstransport. Frokosten var super. Anbefales hvis du vil bo urbant og sentralt!

The location of the hotel was within walking distance to the Acropolis. The hotel was on the smaller side. Rooms were simple, but clean and modern. We had a great view of the Acropolis from our room on the 7th floor. They offered a nice full breakfast and had a bar in the lobby.

Excellent hotel. The staff was fantastic, helpful & knowledgeable. The location couldn’t be better. I had a fabulous experience & a great time in Athens. This hotel is in a very safe location, right in the center of Athens. Absolutely fantastic! 5 Stars!!

The only frustration was that the the hours for the included breakfast were 0800-1000 which means that there was no way to partake before an 0830 or 0900 tour. An 0730 start time would have been a big help.
