The resort was beautiful and the staff were top notch. I only have two down sides but they were easy to ignore as everything else was excellent. The bar tender upstairs was incredible but the pool bartender was grumpy and didn’t even approach any of our group to place orders every time we were using the pool. Second the coffee machine was broken the morning we were checking out so we couldn’t have our morning coffee before leaving this beautiful resort. Other than the two things mentioned everything else was perfect.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The staff were exceptional—so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room had the most incredible view, with the perfect spot to watch the sunset every evening. Breakfast was delicious and served on the balcony of our room, which made each morning feel special. Everything was spotless, the pool was fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family was so pleased with this hotel. The location in Fira is amazing. So close to the restaurants and the views were unbelievable. My wife and I are already talking about when we can go back just the two of us.

The room and balcony were exceptionally cleaned daily. The staff met our expectations. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and delivered to our room. The pool was a nice afternoon retreat. Overall, a wonderful stay, view, and exceptional resort.

The hotel is INCREDIBLY NICE!!! They offer airport transfer for 40 euros each way. When you get to the town, there are staff who help get your luggage down to the hotel and room. Recommend to bring some cash to tip. It’s a lot of work to get luggage down. There are many stairs and descends. Wear something comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean. Bed is comfortable, firm but you sink into it. Pillow is a bit thin and soft for my liking but only preferences. Blanket is thin however the room is not super cold. You can get breakfast delivered to the room every morning. We ate on our patio overlooking the cliff and water. The view is just STUNNING. The shower is nice but the door doesn’t lock, it’s a frosted glass door. The pool is large with limited seatings. We’re visiting in May so less crowded but very pleasant. The swim up bar is nice with some seatings out of the sun. It’s VERY breezy which is incredible on hot days but tends to get a bit more chilli at night and first thing in the morning. The location is prime and is only a short 5 minutes up some steep stairs to the town center. The jacuzzi tub in our room is not heated and shuts off after a few minutes. You have to press the buttons to reactivate. Again, beware that the hotel is not accessible by vehicles of any kind. You HAVE to be able to climb stairs up and down comfortably.

Our stay was lovely. The staff is very attentive and they helped us with every request/need. The view is amazing and we got to enjoy it every morning while having breakfast in our balcony. The only thing I missed while staying here was a gym because the hotel doesn’t have one. I’d still come back to stay here because of the quality of the service and cozy rooms.

This was is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the sea and caldera. The breakfast was amazing-you order it the evening prior and the bring it to your room in the morning. All the staff are welcoming and wonderful.

The honeymoon suite was beautiful, however we booked a honeymoon suite with outdoor “hot tub” and it was not even warm. It even had a paper above it stating it doesn’t reach temperatures more than 30-35 degrees Celsius (86-95 degrees). I think we got a room with a plunge pool instead of the stated hot tub, but otherwise it was a nice experience.

Breakfast was outstanding! Served to order in our suite. View from the front door was gorgeous. Helpful and friendly staff. Well worth the price and the hike down the hill. Porters are hard workers and vital to the experience. Memories of a lifetime!

This is definitely a bucket list hotel. From the unbelievable views of the caldera to the attentive staff, our experience was amazing. Every morning we ordered the expansive breakfast from the menu which started our day off on a high note. If we come back there isn’t another place we would even think about staying. 5 stars all around

Excellent experience for our family with three teenage kids. Very attentive staff, attentive to our needs 24x7. Very good food and more than ample breakfast included. Very clean facilities, pool and hot tubs. Our experience at the Royal Suite was exceptional.
