Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal. Bademeister aus Leidenschaft! Immer ausreichend Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Keine Extrakosten für Liegennutzung am Strand. Das Essen hätte ausgefallener sein können aber es war trotzdem immer für jeden was dabei und es war immer ausreichend vorhanden. Für meinen Geschmack zu viel Müll durch Nutzung von Enwegbechern und -geschirr. Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Zu Fuß gibt es allerdings nichts zu erkunden, dafür ist es aber nicht touristisch überlaufen. Toller Rutschenpark am Hotel und Badeinsel/Parcours im Meer. Viele Wassersportangebote direkt vor dem Hotel. Rundum eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal.

The reception personnel, particularly Catherina, is very welcoming and accommodating and constantly strives to ensure the safety of the guests. The restaurant's buffet is incredibly varied, always presented fresh and interesting. To ensure that there is always enough food at the buffet and that all guests are satisfied, the chef of the kitchen is regularly at the buffet and at mealtimes in the restaurant. The staff at the kiosk by the pool keeps trying to provide sufficient food for all visitors, whether that is by having the waitresses provide the guests with the lounges or by picking up the beverages themselves. The beds in the rooms are comfortable, and the pillows are wonderful. Unfortunately, the beach isnt as gorgeous as what is shown in the photograph. It is dark sand with a lot of stones and the locals park their cars on the beach during bathing periods. The rooms are exquisitely built in real oak furniture but lack storage space. There is enough room for shirts and trousers with two clothes rails, but there are only two drawers, one of which is already blocked with a blanket, a hair dryer, and slippers. You just have a drawer for underwear, shorts, stockings, laptop accessories, etc. Dirty laundry. There are no drawers at the desk and only a cloth shelf for books on the shelves next to the bed. The bathroom is friendly and high-quality,

Our expectations were met when we arrived. Katrina checked us in and clearly explained everything. She was a pleasure to see every day, always a grin on her face, and was very kind, and nothing was too much trouble. The restrooms provide everything you need, and the rooms are tastefully furnished. Although we didn't have a sea view, the bed was very comfortable, and the mountain view was lovely, and the balcony was very roomy. We were thoroughly impressed with the employees in the dining area and pool area. Nothing was ever too much bother. The restaurant's food was always delicious and plentiful, and it was well presented. Although it's a bit stony, once you got into the ocean it was stone free, the sun loungers around the pool and beach were all very comfortable, and the view from the beach was beautiful. Anyone wanting to participate in these activities can do a lot of water activities. Evenings were a little quiet, but next year, they said there will be entertainment if you want to walk, you're only 20 minutes from the first town. The crew at this hotel was fantastic, and our stay was pleasant.
