Room had newly updated which were very nice and clean. Sheets and towels were changed 6 times per week. Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water. Excellent location to the beach and resort centre. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would return.

Before I begin the report I think I just need to clarify a few points that other people have complained about the butterfly studios in other reviews of the butterfly studios, which in my opinion are unfair and do not reflect on the true nature of cheap accommodation on the Greek islands as a whole. Be no illusion that this is low-cost lodging. it's clean, cozy, outdated. If you want 5 star luxury, this is not the place for you, if you want low-cost family-run accommodations, please read on. The air conditioning ac is not included in the holiday price, unlike 99. 9 of the greek islands. In the high season, we spent 70 on 14 nights of ac, which worked well and was fully adequate for the size of the studio, keeping it quite cool. If you want free ac, pay the enormous sum at a 5 star all-inclusive hotel, in addition, you will be charged $800 per person. This is true of all the Greek islands, so we remained in similar accommodations throughout the islands, despite the fact that there are no shower curtains or a shower hook on the walls. I don't know why they do it that way, but they just don't, so please accept it as it is and don't complain. Visit a pricey hotel if you need a glass shower cubicle or shower curtain. We booked

The location is nice with easy access to the main strip and beach. I wouldnt stay here again. This place is really disappointing, and if you can plan your trip for a whole year, I would suggest visiting here. Lets begin with the one and only positive aspect of this hotel. mike and the lady with whom he was collaborating are really nice people and warm my heart when I saw mike help a hurting stray cat. However, we were treated unfriendly and felt uneasy about arriving. A frustrated customer who had to depart for their plane, one of them did speak English, and I could hear them shouting at them. Even though the room was tidy, the linens werent changed the entire week. And the pool area and sun loungers in the front desk area appeared to never have been cleaned. The majority of the staff, including the two people infore mentioned, were extremely unpleasant, so the cleaner left the door unlocked so anyone could enter and had access to our belongings for free. It is in a convenient location, though it takes around 15 minutes to walk to the beach and the main strip. Overall, I feel very sorry, and if you save all year for your holiday, Id recommend going here.

Although this is a low-cost hotel, it can be a valuable anchor for those seeking to explore Rhodes on a budget. My shower attachment was without walls, causing the shower to pour into the whole room. My floors were was mopped, new fixtures were replaced, and the shower curtain was replaced fairly rapidly. As a precaution, I asked for extra towels to roll up against the shower room, and I never experienced any issues. Every day, new towels were changed, toilet paper was cleaned, bins were emptied, and toilet paper was changed. I had a big pool with plenty of sun loungers, so I was the only person who frequented the pool. The personnel is exceptionally welcoming and can prepare you snacks and other tasty offers. Likewise, the main reception has a wellstocked drinks refrigerator for affordable pricing, as well as a bar. There is a little saucepan in the room, so water can be boiled that way. The location is excellent. A 10-minute walk into town, off the main road, and the shorelines are not ideal if you're looking for a peaceful, peaceful beach vacation, perhaps not faliraki. There are some terrific hills to challenge yourself, and there are some excellent running trails within the area. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I totally agree with the points made by my Thebates 22. The best lodging in Greece is when you have curtains and fancy showers. The kind and caring Mike and Maria are not in a hurry. Even with the very few cooking facilities, they prepared scrambled eggs and omelettes using the eggs given to us by Maria. Our room was cleaned every two days, and the towels and sheets were clean too. At home, I don't change bed linen every two days! If you are satisfied with small, family-run establishments that serve traditional greek cuisine, this is a cheap hotel in the ideal location for beaches and restaurants. If not, why are you in Greece? We have remained there several times and will return.

La posizione della struttura è ottima. si trova appena fuori dal centro di faliraki in una zona tranquilla ma per arrivare nella bar street e alla spiaggia bastano pochi minuti a piedi. Le stanze non sono grandi ma c'è tutto il necessario. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Kom när dom precis hade öppnat för säsongen så det var inte mycket gäster där. Ett billigt hotell om man bara ska övernatta där för att sova så funkar det men än längre vistelse så tycker jag att man ska ta något annat. Lungt läge nära havet.

A small, modest hotel with little or no amenities. The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are old fashioned and worns. However, rooms feature air-conditioning, hotplate and fridge. In addition, there is a private shower, although warm water is not always available. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and the service good. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but I did not see anybody using it. The hotel is suitable for a traveler who does not spend time at the hotel but wants to explore the surrounding area. Location is excellent, because neigbourhood is rather peaceful. ##### Finnish#######Suomeksi########### Pieni vaatimaton hotelli, jossa ei juurikaan ole mukavuuksia. Sängyt ovat erittäin epämukavat ja huoneet vanhanaikaisia ja kuluneita. Huoneissa kuitenkin toimiva ilmastointi, keittolevy ja jääkaappi. Lisäksi huoneessa on oma suihku, tosin lämmintä vettä ei tule aina. Huoneet puhtaita ja henkilökunta avuliasta ja palvelu hyvää. Hotellissa on myös uima-allas, mutta en nähnyt kenenkään käyttävän sitä. Hotelli soveltuu matkailijalle, joka ei vietä aikaansa hotellilla, vaan haluaa tutustua lähiympäristöön. Sijainti on erinomainen, koska alue on melko rauhallinen.

The rooms are basic but clean, the bar area was not really what was expected, I did not use the pool but it didn't really look very welcoming, for a budget hotel it was ok, but it's not really a holiday hotel.

There is not mosquito net, but a lot of mosquitoes. I cannot open the door to balcony! and every evening my room was full of mosquitoes, could you imagine my sleep. Too wett in bathroom, and really strange drain system for toilet. I spent so much efforts to use it, that at the end of my rest my right hand was painful.
