This property is the best stay we've had in a while. We felt pampered from the very first day. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful, especially Sophia. The location was very convenient to everything, and the views was "out of this world". I cannot say enough good things about the place and the staff. They truly did go above and beyond.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They bring breakfast to your room. We had a pool for our room and the water was always warm even though we went during the end of winter. The room was clean

Absolutely amazing location, staff and amenities. Breakfast delivered to our private roof top terrace every morning. The hot tubs were cold but it’s winter time. It was truly a magical place and I’ll be back!

Our stay at Caldera Cliffs was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine care. The views over the caldera were nothing short of breathtaking — every sunrise and sunset felt like a private show just for us. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the private terrace and plunge pool — the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the scenery. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, always friendly and eager to help with recommendations or arrangements. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, featuring local ingredients and plenty of variety. We left feeling completely relaxed and already dreaming about our next visit. Caldera Cliffs is the perfect combination of luxury, tranquility, and genuine Greek charm. Highly recommended it.

All the staff are very hospitable, respectful, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is beautiful and convenient to everything. The view is spectacular too! Sophia even upgraded our room to the executive room because our room on our first day was not the right one. Thank you Sophia, you made our stay memorable! Highly recommend!

This hotel was amazing! The staff was so kind and attentive from the wonderful receptionist, Sofia, to the housekeepers and people who served breakfast. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and big portion sizes. Perfect location in Fira being walking distance from basically everything. Very clean and tidy with amazing views. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This location is absolutely perfect! Only a few steps from the main city of Fira and the views are breathtaking and private, even though you’re close to your neighbor.
