This was our first time in astapalalia. The hotel is in an ideal city location. The town's beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. From the minute we checked in, we felt like we were part of the hotel family. Mary was incredible. After offering us a treat and coffee, she pulled out a map and looked at all of the highlights of this beautiful island and helped plan our beach trips, lunches, dinners and road trips! She then ensured that we chose the delectable option I for breakfast the following day each day. We loved room 13. It is just above the water and offers stunning views of the city, port, and agean sea! The room has a gorgeous bathtub and great views. Loved the bed and sitting area. Very spacious and well-air-conditioned. Thanks for your warm and lovely smiles, Mary and Maria, we will miss you, the wonderful best in islandhotel and island itself. The third Marriott owner was present every day in the lobby and greeted guests who actually came and went on their daily excursions. It was obvious that this hotel was her pride and joy and that it certainly showed! Can't wait to go back.

The location is ideal, only a short walk from the pier. They can pick you up once the ferry leaves. It's in a lovely town, but just over the border, so you can slumber to a beautiful view. It's close to all the small taverns, cafes, and shops. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. They had upgraded rooms available and sent them to us, allowing us to stay in their breathtaking master suite. Although all of their rooms appear pretty, book the master suite if you can. It is fantastic, spacious, and has a large private patio with a jacuzzi. Each morning, breakfast was also served with a wide range of options and delicious coffee. A truly wonderful place to stay.

This hotel comes highly recommended because of the incredible view, new built and spacious rooms, and the friendly attitude from the front desk staff. I will definitely come back here in the future.

I could not express how wonderful this location is. Nikita Mary is eager to meet all your needs in the island and more. Clean, well-organized room, with excellent design quality design, and a fantastic seaside view. Breakfast is served at the top of every hotel. Silence and relaxation. A memorable couple's stay. I'm hoping to see you again in the future.

We stayed at Chrysalis for 5 nights and enjoyed every second. The staff was very polite and professional and gave their best to ensure a smooth stay. The hotel is very convenient, just 10 steps from all the restaurants and bars and is very quiet. The view from both rooms was amazing. We stayed in the traditional suite and the deluxe room and didn't feel like leaving the balcony of our room because the view of the castle and the sea was the best we got on the island. I strongly recommend it! Very clean, polite and friendly people, delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms and a unique view.
