It might also be the most important horse trek we've ever taken. My wife and I went on the self-guided Lassiter trek in the first week of April 2022. First and foremost, let me say that we have gone on self-guided horseback riding adventures in every country we can locate one. This one is slightly different because they transport you and not the horses back to their hotel every other night. This was wonderful for me as lodging on the trail is usually basic, as is almost always the case. The vegan is extremely nice and comfortable, and the food is excellent. The days in the saddle were long, and the horses are first class. As horse owners, it is easy to spot when they are well taken care of. The trail was easy to follow, but sabine was always available if you had a problem. Everyone at the hotel made you feel like you had known them forever, and we will definitely go back to do the ride again. The landscape is beautiful and unexpected. We rode through the snow and then to the beach, I give the entire package a 10.

The last two am of this hotel is on a gravel, tiny potholed road, but be patient! It is well worth it. We were warmly greeted and promptly showed to our wonderful room with a large patio and beautiful views. The on-site restaurant is excellent and provides courteous, prompt service. Highlight was our four-hour journey with our excellent guide, a young woman from the Netherlands. Interesting terrain and her commentary made for a fun four-hour trek in the mountains. The resort owner appears to work very hard and is committed to serving every guest. Most impressive! The pool was lovely but cool in late October. I don't understand why all hotels in the area do not utilize solar heat, but it is a very minor issue. We want to return for the day trip. Thank you to everyone at Vegan! As an example of what staff members do for the guests, one of the restaurant servers, on his days off, rescued a guest who drove up the mountain toad past the hotel and got two flat tires. Amazing!.

We recently returned from a week at the vegan hotel with our two daughters, ages 8 and 11, who loved it so much they cried all the way home! They are already planning when we can be back. It was one of the best family vacation experiences we have ever had. The hotel has been carefully and meticulously designed by the owners, sabine and mantis. Vegan is located in a location that almost always has a breeze, despite the fact that much of the creation suffered from an unbearable heat wave. The views are breathtaking, and since the restaurant is on a terrace, you spend the evening viewing the sunset across a valley of lush oak and olive trees with night hawks and swifts guiding around in the sky. Nikes was excellent and attended to all of our needs in the restaurant and constantly created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The cuisine at Magnolias was excellent, we ate there three times daily, every day because it was simply so good. For our horse-loving children, having a stable that is a distinct component of the hotel was something of a dream. The stable's ethos and manner in which they tended to the horses was magical. All of the horses are a part of the family, and our children loved watching them release the horses out into the fields for the night. On some days, we went for hacks and enjoyed riding out in

The view, the restaurant, and general atmosphere are just superb. I went on three guided walks, and they were wonderful and a wonderful way to explore the landscape. The restaurant serves delicious greek food made from local ingredients. Even homemade marmalade is available for breakfast. I highly recommend everything, basically, the view, the rooms, the cuisine, the owners, the horses, and the guide.
