My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. A very special thank you to Dior at the reception she is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, always greeting us with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and incredible professionalism. Always fixing transport and restaurant spots. We have never experienced service like this before, she made us feel like VIP guests every single day. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but it was Dior’s outstanding hospitality that made our honeymoon unforgettable. We will always remember her warmth and care, and we will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The pool and steam room were incredible and left us feeling so relaxed. The view is stunning and you’re close to everything. Dior and Hina were amazing hosts and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Of all the accommodations I have been to in the countries, Dior's support was the best. The accommodation itself is well located and clean. However, Dior's support is the best. Even if you do not prepare for the trip in advance, she helps you with recommendations for restaurants and reservations in the area, and she also provide information and help with reservations for tours. If I go to Santorini again, I will definitely visit here!

I stayed here when I was sick and need of a place. I have come from Australia alone and, Dior made me feel so very welcome. She helped me to feel less alone. The room was lovely, the steam room a godsend. Bed comfortable and lots of natural light and simple elegant decor. House keeping LOVELY. Thank you all so much, you made a tough time better for me and I appreciated the late check out and help to organise me to my next location. 100% would return.

The most stunning hotel ive ever visited. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. You can speak with them, ask them anything, and receive a kind offer to be assisted if you have any issues on the island or something similar. They assist you in making sure you have the ideal time there if you want. The rooms are very special, with plenty of space, and are perfect for a honeymoon or private time with your partner. Its calm, you can have your privacy, and the view is stunning. I highly recommend this place and hope to return there in the future.

Lokasi hotel sangat ideal, kami memiliki akses mudah ke semua fasilitas dan kami sangat dekat dengan pusat kota Fira. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan kamar persis seperti di foto. My stay at the cycladic suites was fantastic! The staff and accommodations were both excellent. The city center is only a 10minute walk away. The fact that the jacuzzi was heated in march was also delightful. If you want to have a fantastic experience in santorini, i highly recommend it!.

This place is breathtaking! The warm and friendly staff welcomed us when we checked in and immediately made us feel at home. The attention to detail and personalized service are truly exceptional. We stayed in suite C 1 a spacious and luxurious suite with a private balcony and jacuzzi. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was truly an amazing experience!.

I wish i could return. Lovely location very close to the heart of fira. Excellent and accommodating personnel, contemporary rooms, and a lovely hot tub.
