The hotel is on the lower side of the main streets where you can find shops and restaurants. Its also about 10 minutes walk to the caldera look out and to the main bus station. The hotel is new, clean and in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. It has airconditioning and heating system. The hot shower works well. Wifi has good signal. They have a small swimming pool for guests. Amenities are very minimal. I got two small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. The beds are comfortable. They have a safe for valuables in the room but you have to ask for the key from the front desk. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the stay despite the challenge of walking up and down the hill to go to the main center of the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again.

I loved that it was in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helplful. The laundry service was just up the street which did a fantastic job as we were on our second week of traveling. I would definitely recomend.

Fantastic stay! Close to a lot of amazing restaurants and breathtaking views along the caldera. Staff (Cindy and also the young man who worked the evening shift) were both always super helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did a great job and always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

L'hébergement est très bien situé (au calme et très proche des commerces) et très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et de très bons conseils. L'eau de la piscine était froide mais très agréable pour la détente. Le petit déjeuner varié était bon. Mention spéciale au jeune homme du soir très agréable, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement et y retournerons sans hésiter.

Ótima localização, Staff muito simpático e acessível. Quarto enxuto no espaço mas limpo, completo e cama confortável.Na nossa escolha o quarto era silencioso e tranquilo, varanda com vista agradável, wi-fi ruim. Café da manhã básico.Decoração charmosa e área da piscina muito funcional e bonita.
