The animation team is very friendly and entertaining the people very well. The best thing about the hotel was the spa. They work very professionally and you feel very comfortable there.

We will visit this lovely hotel again. This hotel has a great spa and video. Katherine, the spa manager, is a very kind woman who also helpful, and the other employees are very kind and helpful.

We had a great time in this hotel. Very nice animation. The hole day the people make animation. The good is very nice. Patrick and Katherine help us visit Lindo. We also go to the spa the girls are very nice and Katherine from the spa is very kind woman.

Excellent food and beverages, a fantastic pool, a lovely beach, and an abundance of sunbeds all day. I believe I stayed in room 201, and it wasn't a pleasant room. There isn't much about the hotel or catering, but there is a lot to say about it in the general lobby. It's nice to have something to look at and plan your way around in your room. The bed was really firm. We also had no towels in our room, so we had to ask. The shower was nice, but water would spill everywhere. The toilet's awful smell was the main disappointment. Everything was excellent, but the bedroom really let it down. It wasn't filthy, instead, there were more problems with maintenance and nonverbal guest interaction. I would claim it wasn't dirty, it was more about maintenance issues and nonverbal guest interaction. It was a last-minute reservation, so I wouldn't expect to sell the room, but it should still have towels, information, and plumbing problems if you're paying the same as everyone else. The hotel is expensive, and even in your bedroom, you want your money's worth. I'm certain youll get a better room experience if you don't reserve last minute. The amenities available were excellent.
