I will stay here again if I return to Maria. I stayed at Fi for 11 nights from July to July and was very happy with it. The strip is a minute walk away, but the beach is only 10 minutes away. The rooms were simple, but that's all you need if you don't plan on spending your free time at the hotel. The owner is really friendly and the hotel was surprisingly secure. Fi is actually located on a side road from beach roads.

The hotel room was immaculately clean, with all white bedding and dark brown wood furniture. I am quite impressed by the size of the roombalcony. The bathroom was stuffy but most of the people are abroad, the shower isn't great and a hole in our wall that led to the next room I'm guessing because you could see light, so it was quite noisy. The cleaner came every day and didn't touch any of our belongings unless she placed them neatly. There is no pool! However, the maria Mare Hotel across the street offers you to use the facilities. I didn't try the food so I can't comment. The hotel owner helped us find things and asked us about our transfers and also offered us a lift to the airport. This is a nice quiet hotel off the main strip and would come back if I stayed in Maria again. This is my second visit to Maria and I would stay here again. Perfect for couples and friends.Obviously not for families as the area is loud but the hotel itself was very quiet. very impressed with the price we paid, I would recommend!.

The best thing about the accommodation was that it was just 2 minutes down the strip and close to a million bar restaurant that was great value. I would not recommend staying in a family resort. When my wife and I stayed in August 2016, we paid for a room with a balcony which we never received and ended up in an insecure room facing a nightclub that went on to 5 clock in the morning. They advertise a pool, but unfortunately, there is no water there. Wi-Fi is also not working. If you need a fridge, it costs 5 euros per day, in fact anything you require will cost you. This hotel needs renovation, and if you are desperate, it's a good place to go. Avoid.

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to the street, and clean rooms are provided. It was a bit noisy in the room, but as it was on the street, I very strongly recommend this place.
