This fabulous apartment building is owned and run by Chris and his cousin. Their garden features lovely sun loungers and a beautiful view of the sea and the ante. Everything is immaculately clean, including the periodic emptying of the bins in your apartment as well as the communal areas. During our stay, we encountered numerous visitors while still enjoying a lovely, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere. We advise staying in this fantastic location.

We came here in September. For ten days. Had a wonderful relax. The food and beverages in the restaurants were great. The beach isn't too far away. You can hire a 125 cc scooter 2 sweeter for 15 per day for a minimum of 3 days 45 which is very cheap or a car for 120 for 3 days. I will definitely come back here again.

It turns out that it is quite evident that they care about the experience we have on their island, helping us with carrier contacts even before we arrived. This place gets booked up quite quickly and for a good reason. Nikes is an excellent host caring and considerate with many simple encounters. If you want a clean, beautiful, well-maintained, peaceful place to stay, this is it. Elisa took care of us, making our rooms while we were out for the day, and working hard to make our experience as pleasant as possible. We made a mistake with our booking dates, and they made sure we got what we needed. I cannot thank them enough for this! It turned what could have been a travesty vacation into one of the best for us.

The weather was stunning. It appears to be a Swiss chalet. With 15 accommodations, most or all of which can comfortably accommodate three people, this location is tranquil. Clean, tidy place. Towels and linen are usually changed every other day. Lots of hot water. Excellent pool with a depth of about 5 feet. Free, excellent air conditioning. A few steps away and in walking distance, there is a supermarket and several excellent restaurants nearby. It is a bit remote and may require a car, but the gardens, pool, sea, and ante are all within easy walking distance. Trapazaki is the closest beach, which is accessible by foot, but you must take the bus back up the steep slope. Buses carry visitors from Caudate to laughs beach and Trapazaki. Bus stations, a market, and a restaurant are around the corner from studios. More beaches with limited accessibility and no bus service can be reached by vehicle. Chris Billy, the proprietors, employees, and his team are all excellent. Just inquire. The weather was spectacular.
