I had a small hiccup on arrival when my key card wouldn't work, but the staff handled it kindly and promptly. The room was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. I'd happily stay again.

Brand new hotel, very clean with a very helpful receptionist. Overall we had a lovely stay right in the centre of Monastiraki area with access to everything you need nearby.

We had the best experience ever in Greece, and a lot of it was because of Vasiliki at Ernest Suites. From the beginning, she took the phone and personally instructed our taxi cab driver, in Greek, on how to find the location ( even though the address provided was perfectly accurate). She helped us get checked in after hours. later she helped us get situated to a more appropriate room that fit the size of our group, and the accomodations were clean, comfortable, and we kept getting maid service every day even though we probably did not need it. I highly recommend them for their hospitality, professionalism, and the quality of the properties.

This place was amazing, all of the staff were super helpful and I had a very comfortable stay. It was also super close to the acropolis and where everything is in Athens.

Great experience! The rooms are new, clean, and beautiful. Perfect location in Psiri, very close to the Metro. The Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and gave us excellent local recommendations. Even though our flight was delayed, the self-check-in process was very smooth and easy. They were very responsive to messages and made everything simple. Highly recommended!

Staff isn’t present 24 hours so if you have to check out early be sure to get instructions from the staff as there are two different buildings for these suites which are within walking distance to each other.

Alles is nieuw en schoon, prima! Personeel is erg behulpzaam. Lokatie is echt top. Ze werken met een deurcode die je wel moet hebben voor aanvang.
