Nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’hôtel est proche de la plage et dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Hotel très correct à distance de marche immédiate de la plage et des restaurants. Bon état des chambres. Salle de bain un peu petite. Le parking indiqué n'existe pas vraiment, il s'agit de la rue de l'hôtel... Il y a un parking à proximité immédiate mais à 5€ par jour

I spent a few days here while exploring the town of Masat. I thought the hotel was clean and cute in an ideal place. The owner-manager was incredibly friendly. If I were to visit Masata again, I would without a doubt stay here again. I was there in October 2018.

The location is far from the beach and central matata. The hotel offers comfortable rooms. There are a few parking spots outside the hotel.

This lovely, cramped hotel is what I highly suggest. The accommodations are straightforward yet cozy, clean, and have new furnishings, although the bathroom is a little too small. I advise booking room 14, which has a balcony overlooking the back garden so that the sun does not bother you and is clean. We never used the air conditioning, instead, we slept with the windows open, and it was always fresh. Furthermore, the room and bathroom are larger than the twin-bed accommodations. Everything, bars, and eateries, and the path to the stunning red beach is very close. However, the employees and the wonderful owner truly stand out! They took excellent care of everything.

The eva marina hotel is situated in the true center of Matata. A private gate links the hotel to the main great beach, approximately a minute's walk from the shore. On the other side, the exit in the city center and the painted streets. The location is really nice. The room was extremely spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom and a great balcony. The only thing that needs to be reviewed is the awful breakfast. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly despite Tanning and Anastasia. Despite it not being a luxury hotel, there are no such hotels in Matata. We remained at the Eva Marina Hotel for two weeks. Everything is also close to the beach, the path to Red Beach, and the bus stop. In addition, everything is close to the beach. The terrace is lovely, as is the hotel garden. There is a kettle and refrigerator in the spacious and comfortable rooms.

Very good location, close to the village center, beach, tavernas and shops, all quickly accessible by foot. Very nice host. The hotel is a bit basic, ok for 1 night. The hotel has great potential but the rooms need to be modernized.

We can’t comment on the breakfast as we decided not to stay for the following reasons: - air conditioning was not working properly (we asked for help but the lady was filling in and couldn’t help) - the bed’s mattress was far too hard (I have issues with my back so that was a non-starter, might not bother other people) - reception and the corridor to our room reeked of smoke - parking was advertised and when we were asked where we should park we were told we couldn’t on the drive next to the hotel but that all streets were free parking (no spaces that we could see that wouldn’t block other hotel entrances). Yes the price is low, however we managed to find a comfortable room nearby for only a few euros more. The only advantage we could see to this hotel was its central location but the walk from the other hotel was only five minutes more. We booked this hotel based on its excellent reviews but really don’t understand why they were so good. When we left there was no one on reception to explain why we decided to leave. There were named envelopes presumably for other guests so it looked like there wouldn’t be anyone coming back. We can’t recommend staying here.
