The hotel was perfect walking distance into town. We need a place to just rest our head in between days. This is a great central spot. If you’re looking for a clean hotel to just stay at this will be it. If you are looking for a more romantic spot with cliff views this would not be the one.

Fue una estancia muy grata. El personal muy atento, amable, siempre dando seguimiento a nuestras necesidades. Solo un comentario y cómo punto de oportunidad, no hay agua caliente todo el tiempo. Les tienes que pedir que prendan su sistema de calefacción de agua. Pero de ahí en fuera el hotel está prácticamente remodelado, por lo que las habitaciones son nuevas. Muy cómodas y muy limpio.

We stayed here in August 2013. At first we were shocked on arriving as we were expecting four star as Hotels.com and expedia had said. Its not a four star hotel, but it is a fantastically cheap, very clean hotel. The room was cleaned spotlessly each day and new towels given - toiletries aren't provided. There is A/C -which you will need - a large fridge, TV and space for your clothes. Bed was OK. Our shower was a freestanding space in the corner of the bathroom - no bathtub and makes your bathroom into a bit of a wetroom. This was fine as it was so hot it dried out so quickly. Our room was on the ground floor, I think the rooms are all different and the nicer ones on the top floor. Location is great, a 15 minute walk in heat into Fira through lovely alleyways. Quiet location, no masses of tourists outside your window - just the donkeys going past every morning and evening which was lovely. The swimming pool is lovely, used it every day. In late afternoon it is in shade though from the building. I don't see a tennis court and a playground on site. The people who run this hotel were very friendly and kind. I would contact them and ask to be picked up from the airport as we were dropped off ten minutes away by a taxi driver. If you are on a budget like we were, then I would certainly recommend - we had a great time here once we realised it wasn't 4 star and we hadn’t paid 4 star prices!

The villa is situated in Thyra with easy access from the bus station. The rooms are large and very clean. I really loved the swimming pool. There is a nice view of the see from there.

Very accommodating hotel staff but the room was smallish and the bathroom had no where to store anything. The balcony from our room was noisy as other guests were talking in the parking lot. The location is good, Thira is within walking distance albeit uphill. Breakfast was seriously lacking: canned fruit cocktail? Really?

Sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Jacuzzi Blick aufs Meer und teile der Stadt, nur zur falschen Richtung um die atemberaubende Sicht auf Fira sehen zu können.

Loved Gianna suites in a lot of ways and Dina on reception was fantastic. She made our stay as she was very knowledgable and friendly. Bar prices extortionate as 8 euros for a bottle of beer and the pool is fairly small and picture on hotels.com is deceiving Also hard to find Gianna suites as no sign posts or directions after you get off the bus from the Airport Has the potential to be one of the best hotels in Thira

Dejligt hotel med små men rene og pæne værelser. Ligger så man kan gå til Fira centrum på 10 min. Et dejligt sted at trække sig tilbage når man har været i turistmylderet i centrum. Personalet er søde og imødekommende.

Fint hotell, men det låg lite långt ifrån centrum om man har småbarn. Ingen möjlighet till middag eller att köpa dryck på hotellet. Vi stannade bara en natt för att passa flygtid så därför var det helt okej.
