We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Thomas, who was always friendly, welcoming, and full of smiles. Seeing him every morning at breakfast always brightened our day and made us feel genuinely cared for. The communication from the hotel was excellent. Whenever we contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded quickly and were always happy to help. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging our airport transfers and helping us with our luggage and taxi arrangements. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We also absolutely loved the hot tub. We used it every day during our stay. After long days of walking around Santorini and exploring the beautiful sights, it was the perfect way to relax. The warm water was incredibly soothing and helped us unwind completely. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Your kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home. We would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to return in the future.

Me and my husband enjoyed 2 nights at this spacious, clean and comforting property. We had a delicious breakfast each morning and the staff is very friendly. The views were great. The location is only 10 minutes walking from the main street and the bus stop to access the rest of the island. I would highly recommend this property 10/10.

The staff at the hotel is amazing. They organized a shuttle to and from the airport that came right on time. The breakfast and food at the restaurant was very fresh and delicious. Mousaka and ravioli that we ate were so good, we can't forget the taste. The staff helped us with directions to our tour and personally lead us to the meeting point, which was very helpful. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend this place with great confidence. Thank you, Mario, Nasty, and mostly the person who meeted and greeted us and walked us to Tony's rental (I am so sorry I forgot the name, but he knows)! We wish you all the best

Lovely clean rooms with beautiful decoration. The lights are really well thought out. The staff could not do enough. Breakfast was included with my deal. It was table service again table staff really friendly.

Great location. Breakfast was perfect. Staff excellent. Room with hot tub beautiful. Only thing I would advise is be careful walking around with wet feet especially on the stairs inside your room, can be extremely slippery.

I had an amazing experience staying with Hill Suites. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The room was very clean with a comfy bed and lovely hot tub. The breakfast was also delicious.

Hill Suites was a perfect place to stay in Fira. We had 5 people so the accommodations were roomy enough for all, the free breakfast was fantastic, and the private hot tub was a nice bonus. The location was great for walking to the main square for shopping and eating (but plan on lots of stairs and uphill/downhill walking, which is the case all over Santorini), or renting 4 wheelers for some beach activities. The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly and going to extra mile. Loved everything about it, included the cats, and would definitely recommend!

Hot tub was amazing, we enjoyed it very much and stayed in it until almost midnight. Breakfast was very good with all natural fresh fruits, we really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and courteous and maybe hopefully we might be back for another visit.

Need to know that the hill suites are on two sites about 10 mins apart. The suites with outdoor tubs are separate from the bigger, more expensive suites. There is no reception, bar, terrace, breakfast room or communal area. Some of these may be at the other site. However none of those detracted from the enjoyment of the stay as long as you are aware of this. Tomas the manager is permanently available on WhatsApp and was rapid which responses and assistance with any queries with a huge smile whenever we saw him. Breakfast was served at the restaurant opposite by Nesti. Nesti was an excellent member of staff, professional, funny and friendly, again with a smile at all times. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, ideally setting us up for the day, even got a glimpse of the mules every morning going to work. The suite and hot tub were spacious and very comfortable with a good sized fridge. Excellent location with town centre a 5-10 min walk uphill, but that meant downhill on the way home! If you're looking for high quality, comfortable accommodation near the town but not on top of it, with attentive, professional and genuinely friendly staff, this is for you as it was is. A big thankyou to Tomas, Nesti and Hill Suites.
