On September 20, 2022, we arrived at Rhodes Airport, but no one showed up to collect us. When we ordered an ants stay with breakfast, it said that transfer included in the price! We believe the issue is related to customer support, when we sent an email with the time and date of arrival, but the Grande Della rose didn't receive it. Had tried to call the hotel four times over the phone but was unable to get through. We paid for a taxi to this hotel.. We were transported to our room. We resent the inconvenience, and soon, we received a bottle of sparkling wine, two bowls of fruit, and a three-course meal. To be completely honest, we found this hotel's entire personnel to be friendly and helpful, and they went above and above to ensure that our vacation stays were relaxing and enjoyable. We want to sincerely thank Sofia, who was understaffed. They were both loverly.

The food in the garden restaurant was delicious and the staff was great and kind. And the dessert was so delicious. Perfect in every way. We will return shortly.

We stayed at this historic hotel that opened in 1927 for two nights. We booked a queen suite with sea vista. According to the room description, this room type should have a balcony. Our suite didn't. Nevertheless, our suite was probably the most spacious suite in this category 74m 2. For a longer stay, I would have insisted on a balcony. Apparently, you must book the Presidential Suite from the top tier if you want to guarantee a balcony. The hotel building has a lot of characteristics, and very few rooms have a proper balcony. The interior is very old but well preserved. There was no wear and tear. Breakfast was served a la carte outside at the garden cafe restaurant. It was amazing. The service was always very pleasant. Rods Casino is located in the same building. After our dinner at the garden cafe, we wanted to see the pool, but one rude security officer followed us. Our stay was quite good value for the 302 euros per night, including breakfast and tourist tax.

Our suites in the elegant suites were upgraded for our anniversary and we felt very at ease there! The hotel and its employees went above and beyond. Special thanks to Constance in the dining area, who was incredible and went above and beyond! Chef Sophia Alexandria and chef Andre Christopolis' arms were both wonderfulvictorian charm, world-class cuisine, and customer service contributed to the memorable experience. Thanks, La.

We purposely reserved this hotel because of its heritage and proximity to the beach, old town, and new city. And we were not let down by this. It was in a fantastic position. Before making a reservation, we had read several previous reviews, so our hopes were diminished before arrival. Overall, we thought it was well worth the stay. The hotel room was a large and spotless, and the mattress was extremely comfy. The space lacked opulence. I concur with a previous review that the lobby had a cigarette smoke smell, but it wasn't present in our room. The staff was really kind. The hotel was encircled within lovely grounds. We found the actual casino to be pretty worn out, and when coming from Australia, we were not used to smoking indoors. Which they were permitted to do in the casino. Although the decor in the breakfast dining room was fantastic, the quality and variety of the food provided let it down. Although simple items like fresh fruit were not provided, and many of the platters appeared as if they had been prepared a day or two earlier. It was not at all satisfying. Unless a chef was present, there are no eggs or pancakes, and on a few days, no one was there when we first entered. Coffee and fresh juice were great. However, we would most likely return to this hotel because we were pleased with the space'
