This is a lovely hotel. The cleanliness of the room is outstanding and the cleanliness is good, and so is the beautiful view. And then, the facilities, too, are so excellent. Then, the food was really satisfying. After that, the service was excellent. Subsequently, the staff was so friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful visit in early May that we reserved after receiving a package deal email. The kids' club's personnel was fantastic, and my children, ages 5 and 3, are still talking about them today! There weren't many children since it was the start of the season, and there weren't any school holidays, but they did an excellent job of making it enjoyable and entertaining for the children. After the first session, they wanted to return every day and would never allow us to miss out on the family disco or movie nights! Since there wasn't much evening entertainment for adults, it could be made better. Also, I would have liked more aerobics throughout the day. The indoor pool and sauna weren't working, which was a disappointment because it wasn't advertised and would be the case on any website. The waiter and bar personnel were extremely cordial and friendly. The food or beverage selection was really of outstanding quality and there wasn't anything I can fault. a la carte restaurants were a pleasant touch, but having the app to make reservations and limited availability was extremely beneficial. The front desk employees were incredibly accommodating. On arrival, they upgraded us to a family room, which was ideal for us, and being able to contact the concierge via WhatsApp with any questions was quite helpful. We decided to stay a bit in a lone room because it was so tiny, and so we waited. In the morning, we heard sax music and two sinks and enjoy the view of the pool. We took the boat over the pier, and then took the flight back to London. The service was so good and professional. The location was so close to the city center, plus there was a party place nearby. Even though the hotel felt old, it was still charming.

Overall a wonderful stay, I wouldn't think twice about returning. Im not sure if this is an upgrade or a downgrade, there seems to be a lot of different room types available for this hotel. We had a garden view room booked but was upgraded to a est floor garden bungalow on arrival. I didn't think this was an upgrade or downgrade, there are lots of different room types available.The room was nice but a little on the plain side. The layout was a bit odd, because it wasn't facing the bed, we had to maneuver it. The bathroom was very small and very uncomfortable to maneuver in, there was only an open shower and no bath. There is a sort of cube seat in the bathroom, and the room was unusable space. I assumed it was for people with limited mobility, but these are not safe to sit on I learned it hard the hard way, the staff was quite nice about it but it might be worth reconsidering the practically of these in rooms. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, which was fantastic. We had issues with sitting at the buffet a few times. Fortunately, we were in one of the first bungalows close to the hotel, the Asian Cafe Italian. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, and it is very well looked after. The hotel is in a great location. I really appreciate the idea that any extra food from the buffet

We had an excellent weekend in this lovely hotel with our group. Roses, welcome drinks, and happy faces! The hotel area, especially the main pool, where you may take your best instagram photos from anywhere. The beach bar and restaurant are comfortable, elegant, modern, and provide excellent service in every area. My iPods were forgotten to the room, but the beach bar music was so good that I didn't need them. Even though I don't drink any alcohol, I genuinely enjoyed the evenings in the main bar and lobby, with lovely music, happy people, dancing, and other activities. Fresh juice was served at the buffet in the mornings. The cuisine was tasty, and it had an ample amount of variety. Simple, with a sea view room. I like a few architectural features in the garden room. Taxis are approximately 20 euros, and travel to Rodeo will take 2, 50, 18 minutes by local buses. So the location is excellent!.
