We stayed in different luxury hotels. We reserved a room to come back before leaving. It was great and we were set to come home! We traveled as a family of four, with our kids being aged 21 to 13. We had two rooms next to each other in block three. We arrived late at night. The front desk staff was lovely, holding us wet towels to freshen up drinks. They promptly assisted us in getting the WhatsApp concierge service up and running. They arranged for a golf buggy to our rooms, sandwiched in the room, the minibar was filled with the drinks I had requested via email a few weeks before our trip, including bottled spa craft beer for my husband. The next day I sent an email to the WhatsApp concierge to schedule restaurants, and they sent a schedule with a la carte restaurants booked every night of our two week stay. The restaurants are excellent. Our favorite was ouzo, the Greek restaurant. We loved the open bar at the Greek restaurant every lunchtime. If you look at the lunch menu on the ikou app, it looks mostly vegetarian, but it's because there is a large buffet every day of pork gyros, fish, and salad. Veronica saved us most of the time and were fantastic. It's not a problem with sunbed, the wonderful pool buddies will find some for you any time of day, and at lunchtime,

You won't be disappointed. This hotel is fantastic, with excellent service, delicious cuisine, and beverages. Angels, the room manager, was incredibly helpful. We had a problem with our original room, and he got it sorted the following day and set up for our items to be transported and unpacked! He is incredibly helpful and competent, taking time to arrive and find us to make sure we were satisfied with everything and for a pleasant discussion. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The best vacation of our lives. Can't say that we had a bad week at the oceanic. Had not been here since 2016, but I am happy to return to this fantastic resort. A lot of wonderful changes were made to restaurants, pools, bars, the beach, and rooms, all of which were wonderful. Food and drink options were of very high quality. The true stars of this resort are the amazing staff. Everyone is so pleasant, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to make the vacation so special. Many thanks to Eva and Christiana Antonia at deluxe polar. We will be back.

We had no trouble choosing the ideal hotel for our trip because we had never been to an ikou resort before. Although we usually spend vacations in Turkey and have stayed in some fantastic hotels, Iku Oceanic outperformed them all. Check-in went smoothly, quickly, and smoothly. There was quick communication with the employees about what was offered, a quick chat with the employees about what was offered, and a map that was provided. We had already downloaded the app and made reservations for the first three days restaurants. Despite the steep terrain, if you needed a ride in a buggy back up a hill, a quick message sent to one of them arrived. Even though our room was a promo double booked with ba, it was perfect and had a terrace, but no sea views. A small bar and coffee maker were all furnished, and the bathroom provided many high-quality amenities. Huge comfy mattress, too soft pillows, an alternative, and a pillow selection sent by WhatsApp. Although the pool was in great shape and had excellent views, we did see the lifeguard taking the pieces up if it was in a flash. There are many vegetarian and vegan options, as well. In every bar, restaurants, and beaches, the drink service was excellent. This was the greatest vacation we've ever had, according to the fact that we just got back from a week at this fantastic resort on Sunday! If we had been kings we would not have received better treatment from the entire staff from the moment we came till we left. This gorgeous resort aims to provide its guests with a truly amazing vacation, which they did. The hotel is situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the agean sea and Mount Olympus in the background. The staff at this amazing resort have one goal in mind: to provide them with a truly unforgettable holiday, and that is precisely what they did! We were welcomed by a member of staff upon arrival, and we were then directed to our room by a golf buggy. I had requested a walk-in shower prior to our arrival, and the rooms division manager angels responded to my email within minutes, and I was taken aback by their rapid response. Our time at sea was only beginning, so we stayed at the wonderful provence restaurant for the remainder of our stay. The staff was genuinely concerned about our visitors, and their primary concern was providing outstanding customer service. We ate brunch and lunch at the excellent provence restaurant, which was next door to our house.
