We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. They are genuinely such kind and warm hosts! The breakfast spread is incredible with so many options and more staff than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast ready to help if you need any assistance. The resort has a really friendly vibe which is enhanced further as most guests spend time at some point in the day on their balconies overlooking the 2 pools - we enjoyed sitting and listening to the different languages float around. Our daughter loved the kids pool and how kind the staff were with her, something we found throughout Tsilivi too! We had the best time and we will definitely come and stay again. Both rooms were clean, spacious and stocked with necessities. They have wonderful staff - from the manager to the cleaning staff, great food, definitely family friendly and amazing entertainment and amenities. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely central place to stay extremely clean and friendly .food was really good .the only thing i could say is night time entertainment could be better.this is not a critisim just a friendly comment .would most certainly be going back and recomend the hotel to friends .we are going back in september

Because of the terrible service and the depressing resort, we were initially scheduled to stay at the hilton usa. We decided to relocate to the mic where we had previously been staying four years ago and had previously enjoyed the experience. There are no regrets about switching hotels, and mini reception was very accommodating from the moment we checked in. Mini and Deborah went above and beyond to retrieve some items from the hilton during our commotion to leave, and they went above and above to get them to the mic for us. To put it mildly, service is excellent, nearly like the four seasons. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast program, which required us to go to the mass eating area in the adjacent Marriott courtyard. It was usually way too crowded. Mic had its own restaurant, but they do not open it for brunch, which is a real shame. Although the courtyard's buffet is independent, the a la carte menu is fairly poor. Every morning, there is no other option than to eat a buffet. I wish the mic's restaurant was open and could offer a more extensive selection of a la carte dishes. In addition to that, we had a great time at the mic once more.

The courtyard hotel is one complex of the courtyard Marriott Hotel in the Due East region of the United States, and on the US-Due Southern Road, the hotel has a lobby. This is suitable for a small group if you stay longer with family. It offers a much more upscale approach to short-term apartment services, with one and two bedrooms available. More expensive than the courtyard hotel offers. There are normally five hotels with facilities, and some gym services are linked with the hotel's neighboring lobby hotel. The room is sufficiently large for a family of four, but it is only suitable for two adults. Ask the front desk for this. It has a microwave all required micro-kitchen facilities. If you remain longer with family, this is appropriate for the group. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the beach area or the mall gallery. It is a collection of five hotel services.

I'm writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to the much bali usa due team. The prior teams have consistently exceeded the industry standards for service levels throughout our recent stay, ranging from the front desk to housekeeping to the concierge, room dining, and restaurant service teams, from the time of check-out through our checkout. My christian front desk receptionist has been attentive to every detail during our visit in particular. He not only provided us with fantastic recommendations for food and attractions in Bali and an efficient check-in process, but he also went above and beyond to assist us in making reservations for a guided sunrise trekking journey at Mount Water even during his departure. He later contacted us personally to make sure we had a pleasant trip. When we left our hemi cable and adapter in our earlier room, christian made special effort to check with the housekeeping team to retrieve the cable in less than ten minutes. His performance and level of service are among the finest I have ever seen. When we had to make a long walk to the airport early morning at 8.30 a. M., your reception team, chino and mini, and the rest of the much bali usa due team went the extra mile to help us expedite the checkout process with the checkout bill, credit card machine in hand, and the bell service to assist with our luggage. We may not have arrived

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre, ce qui a largement contribué à un séjour agréable. Un grand merci à Liliana, la femme de chambre, toujours souriante, polie et très professionnelle. Grâce à elle, la chambre était impeccablement entretenue chaque jour. Les espaces communs de l’hôtel étaient également bien tenus et agréables. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que minimaliste, couvrait les essentiels sans offrir de variété particulière. Un accueil plus chaleureux et souriant de la part du personnel aurait certainement amélioré l’expérience globale. Enfin, il est important de noter que certains autres clients manquaient parfois de courtoisie ou de discrétion, ce qui peut nuire à l’ambiance générale. Bien que cela ne soit pas directement imputable à l’établissement, cela influe tout de même sur la qualité perçue du séjour. Dans l’ensemble, un établissement convenable, propre et fonctionnel, avec une marge d’amélioration du côté de l’accueil et de l’atmosphère générale.

We stayed for 2 nights at Karras Hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on resting and enjoying their room & amenities. Our room had several issues: - water from the main drain in the bathroom was constantly backfilling after showers and flooding not only the bathroom but also our room. We had to move our things around and put down towels to prevent the water from ruining our things. - leaking pipping under the sink, all our towels were wet with dirty water - phone in room not working - supporting mirror in bathroom loosely fixed to the wall, can easily fall and hurt someone or break the main mirror We notified the staff of some of these issues during our stay, we could only temporarily have another room to shower and come back to our original room. When we checked out we notified the staff of all these issues and they didn’t write down any of these problems. The only positives: - price point - location

Stayed here August 24. Had the surprise of 49 euro resort tax for being a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t say it was 4 star, more like 3 at a push. The hotel is located on the edge of town. I stayed here bed and breakfast but I wouldn’t do that again as you have to wear wrist band anyway and it’s not nice being around the pool watching everyone get inclusive drinks and general prices of 16 euro per 2 drinks is expensive. Staff quite rude and not helpful, I.e had to complete all check in paperwork by self. Pool table not level and has queues with no tips. Pool is shaded in morning and late afternoon. Good luck getting beds as it’s allowed to put towels out very early here. At breakfast had to wait for tables to become free and also very crowded. Had to wait for cups and plates to be cleaned as well as fresh food being brought out.

Nice looking hotel, Good facilities However maintenance issues let it down. Shower not workung correctly temperature hot and cold. Toilet not flushing properly. Hairdryer cutting out every 30 seconds. Minor repairs that could be easily rectified but seem to be ignored.

The hotel advertises a sauna, but you cannot use it due to the refurbishment. The floor in the room was full of stains and full of hair in the batbroom. Definitely hasn't been cleaned.

Perhaps my expectations are too high. AC hardly worked, when it did it had to be on Max and was LOUD, room floor was dirty, shower wouldn’t close, basin leaked, shower gel dispenser wouldn’t stay on the wall, shower head done whatever it wanted, water was salty(!!!!), there was a safe with no access to it, bed was hard, pillows were either like a rock or like a sponge, iron had no ironing board, bathroom drains smelt of eggs. Only good thing was the gent at reception with glasses, very approachable and kind.
