Our stay at Kassandra Palace was absolutely fantastic. The hotel and the grounds are stunning. The decor, style and design throughout the hotel are beautiful. The staff were lovely and always accommodating. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

A very pleasant hotel, with very kind and professional staff. I really enjoyed the hammocks by the pool and the Shushi at the Fiki Fiki restaurant. The stay at the hotel was enjoyable and I will definitely come back again.

My holiday at Kassandra Palace Hotel was amazing. The garden is a little piece of heaven. I would love to come back to this hotel for a future trip in Kriopigi in order to enjoy all their facilities and meet again their polite staff.

We had an excellent stay at the resort. More than anything else I would have to say that staff is really friendly. They do their possible to make your stay a pleasant one. Yes we read some previous ratings that the rooms where not up to date. Which is exacerbated a little. Yes they could do with some upgrades but it’s not in dire need. Food was amazing! All the restaurants in the resort also serves amazing food (especially Fiki Fiki) We are glad to stay here and we would go back again to the same place. If we are to go again.

We love the service minded hospitality of Kassandra Palace and the smiles of the staff helping out whenever needed. The breakfast and dinner buffé are excellent and good quality. Suggestions of improvements: We would encourage considering the beach bar waiters to use hats or sun glasses at the very bright beach strip, also alternate the lounge Music which is too much repeated. 😎 The palace garden is wonderful as well as the beach and pool areas. Pro’s: the staff was amazing. The service was great, couldn’t have been better. They were so kind and polite. They made us feel really special. Everything outside the mainbuilding was gorgeous. It was a beautiful place, it felt so peaceful. There was sunbeds by the beach and a really nice bar. It was just perfect. There was a restaurant with a seaview (Magnolia). The food there was so good. Dont miss out on the moussaka & aubergine & choclate sphere if you go there. The breakfast was incredible as well. Cons: it was crowded at the breakfast and a lot of kids and families, not so couple-friendly therefore. Also the room were not good. It looked just as the picture but it was timeworn, the bathtub was rusty and the bed was hard as a rock. The ac was loud. We were not in the room so much because the beach was good. So it worked for us even though the room was bad.

Einfach nur schön! Die Gartenanlage, der Pool, der feine Sandstrand, gekrönt von einem glasklaren Meer... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem ehrlichen (!) Lächeln parat. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen! Unser Zimmer im Hauptgebäude entsprach zwar eher einem 4-Sterne-Niveau, da es vor Jahrzehnten gebaut wurde, war aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen wollen!

Het buffet van het ontbijt was geweldig. Het buffet van het eten 's avonds vonden wij minder goed, de Taverne op het terrein, was het wel erg lekker eten!!

Lovely grounds and beach. Spa treatments were amazing every time I had one (I had 3 in a weeks stay) well worth the money. Service was very good at all restaurants and bars, staff were always friendly.

Très bon: proche de la plage, plage privée avec des transports allongés, ascenseurs, bar sur la plage, restaurants à coté, chambres spacieuses, balcons avec vue mer, nettoyage chaque jour, verdure, décor, 3 restaurants, spa, piscine. Moins bon: manque de transparence sur la taxe de séjour car annoncée par hôtels.com 5€ par nuit/chambre, et l’hôtel facture 15€/nuit/chambre en disant que c’est les prix, mais pas de facture. Quelques insectes dans la salle de bain Le plafond a des fissures et métrite un rafraîchissement
