Located in the heart of Fira. Bus station was not far from the hotel. Hotel overlooked the caldera. You do not have to go elsewhere to see the beautiful sunset. Argie who checked us in was great, really engaged informed us as to what to take in. Facilities are limited with a small soaker pool, some units had their own private soaker pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. Our unit was very clean large unit. Big washroom. . Irini and staff were great. Will definitely return

I can’t say enough great things about this gem of a hotel! Welcoming and friendly staff, with wonderfully clean rooms, and an amazing breakfast. Spectacular views of the caldera from our room. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Location cannot be beat. Hike towards Imerogvili and Oia, quick taxi ride to Pyrgos, next door to the Archeological museum. Watch the sunset from your room deck. Hotel is cute and clean, people are super friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Keti Hotel was one of the highlights of our Greece holiday. We would happily go back. Yes, you have to go up or down some wide stairs, but this was easily even with luggage as long as you can walk normally. The advantage is that you have a wide patio with tables to yourself to watch the sunset, to eat the freshly made breakfast (lots of options, very tasty) or to have a quiet glass of wine watching the sea away from the crowds that were elsewhere in Santorini. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Internet worked well, too, which was appreciated. The hotel is a very short walk (3 - 10 minutes) from lots of bars, stores and restaurants in town and was very peaceful at night because of its location. The manager and staff were very helpful during our stay with good restaurant suggestions (we had many tasty meals, from simple to fancy, following their suggestions).

My eight-day stay at the Keti Hotel in April 2026 exceeded my expectations! The views from my room and terrace were breathtaking. I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to experience one of my dream vacations, especially for my 55th birthday. It was difficult to leave my room because I was in awe of the view from every angle. I looked forward to returning to my room daily to watch the sunset. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious, property was clean and well-kept. This hotel is in a great location, close to airport and walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, and Fira bus station. I’m looking forward to another visit to Santorini and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything about that hotel is perfect. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is delicious. The view is spectacular. Everything is kept clean. I’ve had an amazing time there. I spent my solo trip by myself for my birthday there and it was an experience that I will never forget. But their hotel made it extremely special because they were almost just perfect queen organized, and simple. They have all of the amenities you need like an iron a blower and again the view is to die for. I already have my next trip plan to go over there and stay there as well to see the volcano in September.

Jus de fruits fraîchement pressé, à noter car cela devient rare que les hôteliers le fassent. Accueil des 2 personnes à la réception au top et avec le sourire. Ce n’est pas une piscine mais plutôt un bain bouillonnant non chauffé comme cela se fait à Santorin vu la physionomie de l’emplacement

Our stay at Ketei Hotel in Santorini was absolutely amazing! The views are truly breathtaking the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. The location is perfect, very convenient while still feeling private and peaceful. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, and the breakfast was top notch every single morning. The staff are some of the kindest and sweetest people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We 100% recommend Ketei Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini, and we’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

first time in santorini and this place was great. would 100% rebook… caldera views are stunning and breakfast was delicious freshly made every day.. be warned the stairs down to hotel entrance are not easy but property makes up for it.
