Très bien accueillis avec en plus des explications sur ce qu’il a faire dans le secteur, conseils sur les restaurants où aller. Seul point négatif, chambre un peu petite. Super séjour.

Personnel très accueillant et gentil, hotel près de la plage tres bieb situé, a 10 minutes du port pour prendre le bateaux pour Balos, laboratoire pour test pcr près aussi, beaucoup de supermarchés près et un petit frigo dans la chambre, le village de kissamos a des très bons restaurants au bord de mer en sortant de l'hôtel a des prix accessibles.

la gerante est trés sympa , souriante , elle vous donnera de tres bons conseils et adresses ! nous avions la chambre tout en haut avec terrasse privé et vue sur la mer , un regal dés le matin . les restaurants sont a deux pas bref je recommande

This property is close to a rocky coastline. Cafes restaurants and bars line the coast along to a sandy beach. A short walk takes you into Kissamos town. It is very traditional with Tavernas shops and a lot of old buildings with History, All very close by. We hired a car and travelled to Balos and down the west coast to a lot of beautiful scenerary and secluded beaches. The economy room has everything you need, just a little bit small. The other rooms are more spacious and have a large room and bigger bathroom.

Für den Preis kann man echt nicht meckern und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch super und parken konnten wir unproblematisch direkt vor dem Hotel. Beim Chek in muss man darauf achten, dass es im Nachbarhotel erfolgt. Dies wird aber auch auf der Webseite des Hotels angekündigt.

Все было потрясающе и незабываемо! Море видно даже лёжа на кровати. Номер чистый, уютный, прекрасный. Хозяева очень добродушные и внимательные. Все показывают и объясняют, куда можно поехать на экскурсию и где лучше всего провести время на пляже. Давали с собой зонт от солнца и пляжный мяч. При выписке прощались очень тепло и трогательно.

Superbe séjour à kissamia room. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie : tout le monde était aux petits soins ! Les chambres sont très propres et fonctionnelles. Kissamos est bien placé pour visiter balos et phalassarna. Ce que j'ai préféré par dessus tout c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'équipe qui nous a donnée un tas de superbes conseils ! Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons c'est certain!

I highly recommend staying here while in Crete. They are above and beyond here. They are fully prepared for travelers and help you with a run down of the island, and fun things to do on the east coast of crete. They are so kind and friendly and the woman Chris gave us so many helpful tips about where to eat and drink and visit that we decided to just throw out our itinerary and we were soooo happy. Also, this location is right on the pier and is so beautiful to wake up to. The outlet for a universal plug is a bit difficult, and the bathroom a smidge tiny but honestly I dont even care because it was just such a great experience to be staying right on this beautiful pier. Also the cleaning woman (Lena?) was so funny and kind and gave us so many helpful tips too. I highly recommend staying here!

Sono stata una settimana in questa struttura, camera nel terrificante seminterrato... che di terrificante non ha proprio nulla!! La camera era pulitissima e con tutto quello che serviva per stare, inoltre Krisa ed Eleni (la signora che si occupa delle pulizie) sono talmente gentili e disponibili che non ti fanno mancare niente!! Non avevo mai visto tanta cortesia e disponibilità. Inoltre ti istruiscono alla perfezione su posti e spiagge da vedere, consigliandoti i più belli! Consigliata anche la taverna con cui sono convenzionati per la colazione, che merita veramente! Dovessi tornare a Kissamos riandrei al Kissamia!

Met at the property despite late arrival. Very quick and efficient check in. The room was clean and an ample size including a double bed, long sofa bed, table, fridge, kettle, Air con and TV. The Wi-fi was the best I experienced in Crete. Good sized bathroom. The upper apartment with sea view also has a large terrace which surrounds the room with table, chairs and sun loungers. Harrissa on reception was very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to maps and ideas for local visits. Sea front 1 minute walk and nearby beach 5 minutes. There is an optional breakfast at the Cellar Taverna (2 minute walk) which is varied every day, comprising of fresh juice and tea/coffee, bread, yoghurt, coffee, marmalade, cretan savouries and pastry. This is highly recommended. Free parking next to property. Chania is a half hour drive away and situation is an excellent base for exploring the west side of the island. I highly recommend these rooms.

La pulizia della camera è impeccabile, tutti i giorni viene effettuato il riassetto e la signora che si occupa di questo è molto gentile e cordiale. La camera si trova a due passi dal lungomare ed è vicina a tutte le attrazioni e spiagge turistiche. Sia il proprietario che Chrisa sono due persone fantastiche, ci hanno saputo consigliare il meglio e sono rimasti disponibili per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Posso solamente ringraziarvi e dirvi che se tornerò a Creta sicuramente prenoterò da voi! Consigliato al 101% Tanti saluti da Linda e Gianmarco.

Eravamo alla ricerca di una camera nei pressi di Kissamos per poter visitare le spiaggie di Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna e abbiamo trovato questa proposta ad un prezzo veramente stracciato. Leggendo le recensioni ci siamo convinti a prenotare e l'hotel ha confermato le aspettative. Ottima posizione praticamente sul lungo mare di Kissamos. Pulizia delle camere impeccabile accompagnato dalla cordialità e disponibilità di tutto il personale. La proprietaria parla italiano e ci ha consigliato in maniera esaustiva tutte le possibilità che offriva la zona oltre alle famose spiagge, posti dove andare a pranzare o cenare, città da vedere ecc... Sempre disponibile e presente per ogni richiesta. Nella zona si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto senza troppi problemi, anche se eravamo a fine luglio ogni sera abbiamo trovato il nostro posto di fronte l'hotel. Nelle camere è presente un bollitore, tazze e un frigorifero. Per la colazione l'hotel offre una convenzione con un'ottima taverna nelle vicinanze a 7 euro. E' possibile scegliere l'opzione anche durante il check-in quindi consiglio di scegliere l'opzione senza colazione e poi scegliere direttamente là. Per la cena e il pranzo consiglio di mangiare nelle numerose taverne sul lungo mare in particolare nella taverna consigliata dall'hotel (quella della colazione) che con un menù a prezzo fisso vi permetterà di provare tutte le pietanze cretese a meno di 20€(in due).
