Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestens betreut. Ein besonderes Beispiel für den hervorragenden Service war, dass uns das Team sehr spontan einen Buggy organisierte, was unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer machte. Auch der Check-out wurde für uns so unkompliziert wie möglich gestaltet, und zudem kümmerte man sich um einen passenden Transfer. Diese kleinen, aber wichtigen Gesten haben bei uns einen durchweg positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kokoon Hotel really embraces a minimalist Greek aesthetic — white construction, light wood, clean lines, and very little clutter. I mean that in the best way possible. The whole place feels calm and almost like a meditative retreat. The rooms had everything we needed: a mini fridge, tea and coffee setup, and their own branded bathroom products (shampoo, body wash, etc.). The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, and everything felt very clean and well maintained. One thing to note: the “garden” shown in some photos is actually a private patio attached to certain room, not a shared outdoor common area. There isn’t a communal outdoor hangout space, but our room overlooked a quiet street so it still felt peaceful. The location is fantastic. From the ferry, it’s less than a 10-minute walk east along a pretty boardwalk, then two blocks up to the hotel. The boardwalk is lined with restaurants and cafes. Continue east and you’ll hit beaches and beautiful oceanfront spots for food & drinks. Walk west and you end up in Old Town, with gorgeous winding streets and tons of waterfront restaurants. Everything is very walkable. Overall, the vibe felt like Mykonos on a sedative — stylish and beautiful, but way more relaxed.

Great hotel. Located in walking distance from the ferry port (we walked with two large suitcases). Hotel kept our luggage till our room was ready as we arrived in the morning. Staff was very helpful with check in and check out. Great location, great restaurants close by. - couple from Canada

I just checked out from Kokoon this morning, after staying four nights there. It's a beautiful small (just 21 rooms) boutique hotel in the northern part of downtown Parikia, where there are many other small hotels. I loved the minimalist chic decor, the sea view from my room, and the darling/friendly/helpful staff. Very walkable to waterfront shops and restaurants as well as a couple of beach clubs (if, like me, you like your beach with sun beds, umbrellas, and cocktails/food). My one caveat would be, if you arrive by ferry with several bags as I did, the walk isn't nearly as easy as the hotel's email implies. Get a cab! (If you don't have many bags, it's totally doable.)

Very charming hotel walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. My ferry arrived early and they were able to check me in early. Definitely recommend

Really helpful and friendly staff. View of the harbour from our upstairs room and balcony. Easy walk to port,buses old city or sandy beach the other way. Bathroom pretty small but room had a goid feel.

Wonderful stay at Kokoon. Very lush looking hotel and very clean. Location is amazing if you wish to remain close to the ferry station in Parikia and still walk around everywhere. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will visit again. Thank you again.
