My hubby and I recently stayed at the hotel on our first and final day in Tokyo. The hotel is a convenient 10 minute walk from Tokyo's main train station, making access simple even if you're carrying luggage. Our room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The room size is standard in Japan, with small bar refrigerators, toiletries, and pas provided slippers it still has everything we need. Check in was simple and the staff was friendly and helpful. One morning we had breakfast at the buffet, and the menu was extensive. Could eat a western or a more traditional Japanese breakfast. We were close enough to gina and the tsuki fish markets in 15 minutes on a leisurely stroll. Excellent location overall, with a lot of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. There is a cafe right next to the hotel if you want to grab a coffee and danish in the morning. We were also able to leave our luggage there in the morning before our late afternoon flight, which allowed us to continue exploring Tokyo. When we return to Japan, we're glad to remain there again.

Before moving to Hakuna, we only stayed here for one night. But this is a beautiful hotel. We received an upgrade to a beautiful room because the staff was kind and helpful while on our honeymoon. For Japan, it was huge! We had a beautiful bathroom, a good, large, comfortable bed, and a very clean bathroom. I suggest this hotel, and it's also only a 2-minute walk from Tokyo train station.

Excellent hotel with a good location, very close to Kyoto station and Kyobashi, and is quite centrally located. There are still plenty of food options around, and it's still easy to walk to other interesting areas. All hotels, including those in three and four-star hotels, have quite firm mattresses and hard pillows. Some hotels have instant coffee bags, others have tea bags, and others have no sugar bags. I expected better English for international hotel staff as all the hotels offered free 2-bottle waterways. In general, however, at least one individual in each hotel speaks English well. Furthermore, 99 of Japanese people go above and beyond to assist you with any issue. Restaurants, stations, etc., excellent individuals. I really want to thank you..

The employees here were very professional and helpful. The room was so clean with very comfortable beds and pillows, even though it was a little tiny.

You can walk straight to Gianna, shopping area, and many restaurants from the hotel. This hotel is recommended for those who enjoy being close to Tokyo Station, subway, and Shinkansen, only 12 blocks from station. The room is small, of course Japanese standard, but it's modern and really new too.
