I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages. It is a luxurious hotel with multiple pools and restaurants. Amazing food options for our family with various dietary requirements (Ie Gluten-Free and Vegan). All allergens were clearly displayed at the buffet which made it very easy for us. They even made a gluten-free pizza for my wife at the a la carte restaurant. Only slight downside is that the private hotel beach is not sandy but still a nice beach for our 4 and 6 year old children with some artificial sand. They also allowed 30 minute free use of some of the water sports at the private beach which is amazing. We travelled to Georgios beach around 20minutes taxi journey (40euro) for a lovely sandy beach! We would definitely visit and use the hotel again!!! Thanks

The room with the jacuzzi was amazing! The panorama view on the sea with the sunrise was stunning. The buffet restaurant had quite a lot of varieties of meals and they tasted good.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained, the place looked like a newly built hotel. Staff are amazing. Food was varied and high quality, we used the main buffet, the French and the Asian restaurants for dinner and the buffet and Italian for lunch. Drinks were all top shelf brands and service at the bars fast and efficient. The all inclusive is truly "all inclusive". However, if you are used to Mexico all inclusive then this place is a little more restrictive as you are limited to the number of a-la carte dinners that you can have in a week. The room that we had was great. Modern, lovely sea view, spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The mini bar is also part of the all inclusive. There's a water park for the kids and it is well away from the main pools. The gym is adequate. Spacious but lacks sufficient equipment if the hotel is busy. All in all, don't hesitate to book. We've done Mexico 4 times and Dubai/Fujaira all inclusive 3 times. This place did not disappoint and we will be going back. Tip: if you are not going on a package deal, hire a car. We used Eurohire and just let the car sit for 3 days at the hotel. It was cheaper than a taxi from/to the airport.

The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat.

The staff were phenomenal and very friendly. We were surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival and had an additional outdoor living area of our own. We enjoyed the spa and the dining experiences that Marbella offered. Would highly recommend this resort.

The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.
