The hotel is very clean and friendly. It has good food. The swimming pool with slides is very cool in one of the kids. The woman at the bar was very helpful. The only minor drawback is that there are stairs to get anywhere, but we are advised. We did it, but I can see that it might be a problem. I'd like to see the place when the renovations are finished. Overall, it's a great vacation.

I had a great time here with my wife, I stayed here last time. The zoo at the reception took care of all of our needs. They also upgrade the room to late and provide upgrades at no extra charge. Dimitri welcome us to the bar every night. Excellent character! The a la carte restaurants at the Med den are wonderful

Everything was perfect, the room had a private pool, an amazing view, very friendly staff, great food and drinks. Buffet and a la carte restaurants are available. Bus stop for cos city in the hotel. Already booked for our next stay in 2023!

My boyfriend and I chose Missis Summer Palace as our vacation of choice because it was a luxury vacation and had 5 stars. We were blown away by the scenery and the lovely room when we landed. It quickly became apparent to us that this hotel was not a five-star establishment. Due to one of us having dietary requirements, it was quickly learned that they did not cater to certain dietary requirements. For example, one day out of our 7-day vacation, we were unable to eat due to the fact that all restaurants, including the beach bar, were closed, with the exception of pork, which we were unable to consume. During the vacation, most of the food contained pork, which meant we couldn't eat it. We could only book the eateries once. When we arrived at the a la carte eatery bar, we were delighted with the menu and eager to eat a nice meal. We were then told that we only had 1 meat option, and we could not have the mixed grill due to their insufficient variety of food. Because we had reserved the whole vacation, we felt extremely tense because our dietary needs could not be met and the absence of variety of foods could not be met. Later in the vacation, we made a reservation for an excursion through the hotel. We put our confidence in the hotel to provide us with the most accurate information about the trip. After speaking
