This place is amazing. Stayed there to sleep near airport and acclimate before a cruise. So relaxing and quiet. Staff are kind and helpful. Able to walk down to the beach in abt 15 minutes to swim and eat sea food. The bathroom is very nice and modern. The pool is magnesium, not chlorine, making it so relaxing. It’s a little oasis in the countryside 15 min from Athens airport. Such a cool find.

The modular bungalows are amazing! Such friendly staff and great hospitality. Elias was so helpful with the transfers (pick up and drop off) from the airport. The pool is a delight and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this unique stay to anyone wanting to stay near Athens airport. Many great amenities close by!

Online photos match the location. It was a little confusing with locked gate upon arrival and it is located in a residential area but the location did quickly open the gate and expedited check in. It is a 20 minute walk down to the beach and local restaurants but beware as it is a busy road with small and in places no sidewalks. There were 2 restaurants given at check in that if you eat at the restaurant they will drive you back to location- I did take advantage of this which was a nice extra. I was traveling by myself and was very comfortable and felt safe. They offer an airport shuttle at a cost in their own van which for multiple travelers is nice but I was able to arrange a taxi for half their price. It was a nice location to spend my last night in Greece 💙

What a wonderful place to stay! I only spent one night here, but the kindness of this family left a lasting impression. As a solo traveler, it's not often you immediately feel safe and at home, but that's exactly how I felt here. Thank you for your genuine hospitality, the ride to the airport in the wee hours of the morning, and the lovely conversation along the way. Your husband and son are truly so kind. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Greece! 🇬🇷💙

From the moment we were picked up until the day we were dropped off, our experience at Modular Bungalows was exceptional. The property is absolutely stunning. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning feel special. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we hoped for during our stay in Greece. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention goes to our driver on the return trip. Instead of simply taking us to our destination, she chose a scenic route and shared fascinating history and local insights about the island along the way. It felt like receiving a private tour and was the perfect ending to an already amazing stay. Modular Bungalows exceeded our expectations in every way. The beauty of the property, the attention to detail, the incredible service, and the genuine kindness of the staff created an experience we will never forget. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, spectacular views, authentic hospitality, and an unforgettable Greek island experience, this is it. Thank you for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return. 🇬🇷❤️✨

Elias and Alina were great hosts, very friendly and full of useful local info. Great spot for a relaxing stay or a few nights before your flight home. Some nice tavernas nearby or if you want more options travel to Artemedia or Port Rafti by taxi. A local bus takes you to the Athens metro if sightseeing is of interest. Boat trips, zoo and other days out are nearby/within a taxi ride.

Like a tucked away oasis with nice swimming pool and beautiful pool seating. We had a car and drove to some very pretty coastal areas nearby. A lively stay not far from the airport.

This was a haven for us after spending 5 days trekking the Menalon Trail. Rooms are light and roomy with fridge (slightly wobbly), microwave and kitchen essentials. Limited number of rooms which meant the complex was incredibly peaceful and calm. Pool area very clean and relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful - providing treats (glasses of wine, fresh fruit) whilst poolside. Ideal location for a couple of days relaxation before flying home with the advantage of only being 20 mins drive from the airport.

Beautiful calming space to relax and enjoy the area. Fairly close to the beach. Within walking distance. Some good restaurants close by that actually pick you up from where you are staying and bring you home after dinner. No charge. The owners are very kind and accommodating. They offer a shuttle service to the airport. Very convenient and worth while. Will stay here again in the future.

This was easily one of my best experiences at a hotel/bungalow ever. The owners helped me out a bunch and were very polite and welcoming. They gave me a ride to the airport when I had to leave and the area itself was gorgeous. 6 minute walk to a beautiful beach and they have a heated pool if you wanna stay back. The rooms were very very advanced and super comfortable, if and when I come back to Greece, I’m staying here.
