We were here for two weeks on our honeymoon. Clean and beautiful hotel. Excellent staff that truly cares about our experience. They are always looking to serve and help. They have a private beach directly connected to the hotel, together with two bigger pools. There is an abundance of lounge beds and parasols at both the beach and the pools. Cleaning crew changes the towels and clean the rooms up to 3 times a day! This is a calm and luxury hotel, so animation is limited to some sport activities early in the morning ( aquagym, yoga,…) and live music in the evening which can’t be heard from the rooms. Breakfast is amazing with an abundance of options and Lunch is excellent as well. Supper is the only area where we had 2 days out of the 14 where some food seemed to be overcooked (dry) in comparison to the other days. We do recommend going full board at this hotel. The cocktails are excellent and of a remarkable quality. They create a lot of signature cocktails and the staff loves to help with figuring out what would suit us best. ( special thanks to Iota for her amazing and friendly service) Car rentals and taxi’s can easily be arranged through either the client experience desk or the reception. The lady at the client reception desk is passionate and helpful and is able to provide helpful tips. She also facilitated our taxi, car rentals and a day trip to Santorini. This hotel is the first hotel we met where we would love to return in the blink of an eye.

Et hotell med veldig fin atmosfære. Personalet er superhyggelige og hjelpsomme. Rommene er rene, maten er fantastisk god og stranden er like ved. Andre gangen vi har bodd på Nautilux, og det blir garantert ikke siste.

Fantastic stay, amazing breakfast, lovely staff, great pools, lovely location right on the beach. Can’t fault it. Even got some towels animals, flowers and a note for our honeymoon! Highly recommend.

This was a true gem - Staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was my birthday on our check-in and we were upgraded to their best suite with an amazing view - encourages us to stay another night. Zana in guest experiences was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous pools, beach access right from the hotel, and Rethymno itself is a gorgeous city.

Very clean, friendly staff, great service and high quality food. The direct beach access is a huge plus and all sun chairs are in very good condition. The outdoor pool is not heated, which makes it quite fresh in shoulder season. The yoga and Pilates sessions are well organised with experienced teachers. The room with whirl pool in the terraces are great! I recommend booking sea view, not the rooms facing the street. I can recommend this place very much!

Lovely second stay at the Nautilux. We stayed in a patio hot tub room again, with half board, which suited us perfectly. The staff are all great, exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. There wasn’t much in the way of evening entertainment, but that suited us. The food was always freshly prepared, and delicious. The indoor spa is excellent and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna and a treatment. We also did palates and boot camp which was great too. One of the very best hotels we have stayed in!
