Probably the best hotel I stayed at in Greece. Great location, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a really nice shower. Breakfast was not included, but it was very good. Easy parking and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. She even quickly took our luggage and carried upstairs to our room!!!

Location of the guesthouse is great, convenient to go into the hills and about right distance to town center. Both days we waked up with serenity and can enjoy a calm sunrising while overlooking the neighborhood. The owners are nice, helpful and chill. Not sure if it will get too busy during peak months, but definitely a wonderful place to stay in shoulder season.

Oikia Guesthouse: Modern Comfort with Stunning Views Our stay at Oikia Guesthouse was exceptional. The property is safe, pristine, and modern, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The Room: Features comfy beds, a mini-fridge, and the thoughtful addition of free water and Nespresso coffee. Our private balcony offered a lovely view of the town. Common Spaces: The outdoor terrace is spacious and nicely landscaped. It features cozy couches and provides a prime vantage point for photographing the Meteora rock formations. The Location: Ideally situated for walking to both Kastraki and Kalabaka. We enjoyed easy access to local tavernas, grocery stores, and the bus/taxi stations. The Staff: Communication before, and during out stay was easy. They even let us check in early (based on their room availability). Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The guest house is in a great location, it straddles the 2 towns. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We traveled with our 2 young adult children and we all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We had a very pleasant stay

We loved our stay in Oikia Guesthouse. Our hosts were kind and helpful, booking a sunset viewing with a local taxi upon our arrival then a monastery tour the following morning. Breakfasts on site were delicious. Room is comfortable. The rooftop patio has magnificent views all around, morning and evening.

From first moments of arrival to seeing yes off, a very pleasant experience. Family run, personable, helpful and always eager to please. A fine jumping off point for Meteora area and right off one of main roads up the mountain(s). Modern and clean; quiet, large sitting patio on upper floor for guests. Good breakfast. Other restaurants are either walkable or easy to drive ot in just a few minutes, with town parking not too difficult. We would clearly return agai and recommend to family and others.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, our hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, and the view from the balcony amazing. Also easy parking and very easy walk to many restaurants.
