Very nice hotel, we had a room with a heated hot tub. The view was incredible and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Only downside is there are a lot of steps, and it’s an uphill walk to get to the hotel. But the staff will help you with the luggage, etc. would stay there again

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were very attentive, the room was clean and the turndown service was on point. Our connected to unit hot tub was very nice and you can go in through a door in the room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best parts of the stay.

Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes und schickes Ambiente, Frühstück reichhaltig, auch wenn teilweise kalt. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wie in den meisten Unterkünften in Imerovigli müssen sehr viele Treppen erklommen werden umsonst Zimmer zu Rezeption und umgekehrt zu gelangen

We visited Santorini for our 25yr anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to stay than the Pegasus Spa hotel. It is ideally located near (but not too close) to the capital Fira, the facilities are excellent and the staff we friendly and exceptional at looking after our needs. We could not fault them.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Euthimhs, John, Maria, Efi, and Lona were all incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering us a warm, personalized service that truly made us feel at home. The highlight of our stay was when they surprised us with an upgrade to a gorgeous room. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking views. The attention to detail in the room made it clear that the hotel truly cares about providing an exceptional experience for its guests. The hospitality from Euthimhs, John, Maria, Efi, Lona and many other incredible staff was second to none. Whether it was offering local tips, ensuring we had everything we needed, or just greeting us with a smile, their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we instantly felt at home in this luxurious slice of heaven. A special shoutout to Maria at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference – she truly is a gem. And John from breakfast – what a star! Always welcoming us with a smile and making sure every morning started perfectly. His service was exceptional and he gave great recommendations for places to see and eat. Speaking of views – wow. The panorama of the caldera, with the iconic white buildings cascading down the cliffside and the deep blue Aegean stretching endlessly before us, was absolutely surreal. We spent hours on our private terrace soaking it all in. The sunsets were cinematic – the kind that take your breath away and make you feel like you're in a dream. The location is perfect – nestled in Imerovigli, which is peaceful and romantic, but still close enough to walk to Fira if you want more buzz. The suites are elegant and spotless, with that unmistakable Cycladic charm and modern luxury. The private pool was a highlight – serene, refreshing, and perfectly positioned for sunset views. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you!

Our stay at Pegasus Spa & Suites in Santorini was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that made our trip truly exceptional. We stayed in a stunning suite with a jetted hot tub, which was the perfect touch of luxury to elevate our experience. The breakfasts were an absolute highlight—freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly cooked eggs, and a delightful array of croissants and pastries that started each day on a delicious note. The food at the on-site restaurant was equally impressive, earning a well-deserved five stars. We can’t recommend the chicken gyro, margarita pizza, trio dip, and salmon enough—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff at Pegasus went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Effie and Maria at the reception desk greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, always ready to assist with a smile. Our server, John, was incredibly attentive and made every meal a joy. The entire team showed remarkable care, especially when they promptly arranged a mattress cover for our bed to ensure my pregnant wife’s comfort—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The spa experience was divine, with massages that left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hotel’s prime location next to 180 Sunset added a vibrant touch to our evenings, as we enjoyed the live music drifting over from nearby, creating an unmatched atmosphere

My stay @ Pegasus Suites & Spa was exceptional! We were in the Executive Suite which was spacious with a private hot tub, a private patio area, with a view which was phenomenal! We were treated like royalty & so much attention to details that made us feel so special. They even placed rose petals around the room to create a romantic atmosphere!! Effie & Maria were the hospitality staff, who provided tons of info to help us to navigate Santorini. Alorna who was our server for the breakfast buffet everyday was a delight & made sure that we had everything that we needed. Pegasus is located in between Fira & Oia - which made it perfect to access both areas easily in a car. You can actually walk to Fira!! Pegasus gets 10 stars from me!!

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Rooms have great sunset views over the caldera. Location is really good as its 2 minutes to the local bars and restaurants, only 15 mins walk to busier Fira, and we also walked to Oia in under 2hrs. Highly recommend this hotel

Simply amazing. Worth every €! Easy walks to Fira town and local bus services to other parts of the island. Attentive staff. We had a room right above our pool so it was like a private pool. Restaurant fabulous and also pool bar cocktails at sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pegasus Spa Hotel in Santorini, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The architecture and decor are quintessentially Santorini, combining traditional Cycladic charm with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony offering a spectacular view. The plunge pool was at the perfect temperature, making for a refreshing dip while enjoying the scenery. The spa facilities at the Pegasus Spa Hotel are top-notch. I indulged in a couple of treatments, and the therapist were professional and skilled, providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The outdoor pool area is equally impressive, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of local and international dishes. However, I found the restaurant could have been better, though there are great options around it to explore. Overall, my stay at the Pegasus Spa Hotel was exceptional. Incredible!!! The best place to stay on the island, avoid all the crowds and be near amazing restaurants, grocery stores and etc. Walk away from the main city, recommend go city later at night or early morning after cruise madness folks have left

My daughter and I had the most amazing and memorable experiences. Can’t wait to come back again. When we do return, this will be our choice of stay for all my future visits to Santorini.
