We have had a wonderful week at Pepper. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and complete. There are plenty of options at the breakfast and dinner buffet. The temperature of the hot food. This is not warm enough.

The noise from the loud karaoke nights at the neighboring hotel is a minor critic. The food is of high quality, the menu is excellent fresh and healthy. The breakfast is also delicious. Our stay was amazing. The hotel is lovely but small but compact but tidy with a sea view. The service is very good and warm. Combined with outback trips, it's also a beautiful holiday. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We had the nicest time at the Pepper Sea Club. Lovely hotel, very relaxing and breathtaking. We typically get nervous when booking half board and being disappointed by the food, but it's not the case here. There are a variety of options each night, and there are so many of them for all tastes. We usually go out to eat a few times, but we didn't feel the need at all. Excellent selection of wines and cocktails as well. The area is a little out of town, there are some neighborhood stores and cafes, and you can stroll around on the beach to Georgiapolis. Although the beach is sandy, it can get a little stony in some spots. The cost of a taxi to Rethymo is about $30 per way, but it is a nice visit to the old town. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The staff was fantastic throughout our entire vacation, from the reception to the bar to the restaurant. The room was well designed and the smart hotel app was easy to use. The mattresses were big and very comfortable, and the cleaners did a fantastic job every day. The only thing I would advise is to install full-length mirrors in the rooms to allow you to see your outfits in full. Also, the area itself is relatively quiet, making for a pleasant vacation. However, you can get a bus to rethink and change, it only takes 20 minutes, making for a good day trip. We also went to Ball Beach, as arranged through a hotel transfer, but this took about 1. 5 hours on a coach. Overall, I would return and had a great time here.

For the first time ever, I want to share a very positive hotel experience! The pepper sea club exceeded all expectations! Beginning with the wonderful meal, the supportive and friendly staff, as well as perhaps the most important factor, the hotel's overall atmosphere was a stunning experience! If there's anything genuinely idyllic, it's definitely this hotel! The first day has already got you feeling the chill! I can also recommend a taxi that works with the hotel. We thought about renting a car, but taxi rides to Rethymno, Lake, and Georgioupolis turned out to be the most comfortable transportation option.
