Staying in this hotel immediately gives you the home feeling. It’s comfortable, clean and peaceful. The breakfast, the Caldera view, the staff, the hospitality are remarkable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever plan a trip to Santorini.

This was our second stay at Petit Palace, and somehow it was even more amazing than the first. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The room was absolutely beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and every detail of our stay felt special. The hotel restaurant food was incredible and truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. What made this stay especially unforgettable was how the concierge and staff went above and beyond to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. They arranged a beautiful vegan birthday cake for her and made her feel so loved and celebrated the entire time we were there. It meant so much to our family and is something we will never forget. Thank you to the entire Petit Palace team for another unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return again soon!

Wonderful stay and so appreciated the staff who allowed us to recover from the journey by enjoying breakfast in our room on the first morning at no extra charge. Views were as beautiful as hoped.

If you’re ever going to Greece this is the Only Place To Stay. We were treated like Family not guest and the Staff was Incredible. I’m planning another trip back and I can honestly say, this is the only place I will stay. It’s like a Dream Come True. Plus it was my first time out of the country and the staff and place made it AMAZING.

The staff were amazing! We wanted for nothing. They were so helpful and informative. The room was spotless! Also, the breakfast is to die for. We could not have asked for a better trip. The room service was delicious as well. We will definitely be back for the views and hospitality ❤️

The scenic view at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, it made a real difference to our entire trip. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful in making sure we got the most out of our holiday. As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fresh fruit bowl—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The food was delicious, and the view of the sunset from the restaurant was simply amazing. A free shuttle into Fira ran four times a day, which made getting into town and back super convenient. Overall, this hotel and the service provided were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff especially Orea worked hard to ensure our comfort and needs were met. Hotel was perfect to explore Santorini. It is outside the hubs of oria and Fira yet accessible to all of the sites. Perfect place to stay with the most amazing views. My only concern was to its eco-friendliness as it should offer recycling, composting and limit plastic use.

My wife and I stayed here in late August for 4 nights. I cannot rave enough about how we enjoyed it here. The service of the staff, the room accommodations, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The view of the caldera is spectacular, and every night the sunset was fabulous. The restaurant was excellent as well. We stayed at a few hotels during our trip week Greece trip, but this was by far the best. I have been to several resorts around the world that didn't have this good of service with their staff. It was truly top notch. I highly recommend and will stay here again when we return.
