• Check-out by 10.00, Check-in after 15.00.

• Located amidst beautiful trees and nature, our holiday home offers a tranquil setting. As a part of this natural environment, you may occasionally see some residential animals or interesting bugs!

• Housekeeping service and change of linens/towels, every 4 days.

• Please don’t throw paper in the toilet.

• Please be aware that the tap water is not drinkable.

• We take care of the pool and garden every other day, so it is possible to meet a member of our team during the day at the property.

• We try to recycle as much as possible, so you can place all recyclable garbage in the appropriate bins in the house. In Zakynthos, we don’t use separate bins for recycling.

• If any damage occurs, please inform us as soon as possible to schedule a meeting with the right technician.

• Smoking is only permitted outside the house with exclusive use of an ashtray. Otherwise, there is a substantial risk of creating a fire.

• Please turn off the AC and all the lights when you go out. We try to protect the environment!

• Respect the quiet time between 23:00 - 09:00.

• Parties are not allowed, except for when there is a different occasion such as a wedding party! In case you are interested to arrange a wedding in PHI, please don't hesitate to contact us.

• All furnishings have been carefully selected and renovated by hand so please take care of them. If any damage occurs, it will be an extra charge.

• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

• Swimming pool is 1.40cm height and for safety reasons don’t jump in nor run outside. Children under 14 years old should not use the pool without an adult in attendance.

• Please don’t pee in the pool and shower before entering in.

• To avoid mosquitos at night or any other small insect inside the house please use the flyscreens.
