At the Portico Hotel, we enjoyed our visit. We made the initial reservation directly with the hotel by phone. The front desk clerk, Katrina, was extremely helpful. The first two nights were paid for by bank transfer, and the remaining money was paid at the end of our stay immediately at the front desk. Our room 35 was pretty clean, faced the pool, and was spacious enough for the four of us, two adults, a 17-year-old, and a 6-year-old. The continental breakfast is quite excellent, and it differs from the previous day. The pool is fantastic, and the pool bar is fantastic. Billie, the cook and chief bartender, is quite a character, and the light meals he prepares on-site from fresh ingredients are quite impressive. The other bartender, a beautiful Ukrainian, is always courteous and helpful. A Greek couple purchased the hotel and met the lady on the first day, and she served breakfast every morning. She is incredibly helpful and pleasant.

We had a wonderful vacation with our toddler. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean, we only had breakfast included, but it was delicious and varied. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it, we preferred the sea. It's close to the beach, and the view is remarkable. It's recommended if you enjoy windsurfing, because it might get a bit wet in the afternoon.

We have just come back and had the most relaxing and fun time at this hotel, the owners were so welcoming and helpful and insist on treating the place like our own, the location was perfect and the most relaxing way to end a long holiday. Get here now before it's completely discovered you will tell it's just a matter of time
