Ha sido una estancia muy buena. Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños en una habitación con vistas al mar. En esta época no había demasiada gente, así que estaba todo disponible, limpio, todo el personal muy amable y el todo incluido, para nosotros que no vamos ni a comer ni a beber de forma compulsiva, es mucho más de lo que comemos o bebemos en casa. Como no hacía calor no había mosquitos.

Food are good, the location good accessible with car only from the airport, staff are polite, the beach are good, Family room with private pool isn't worth it as it's not really private and isolated, shared one are more than enough, parking not enough for the season (July/Aug),

The customer service was outstanding! the location was great, getting to walk out the back of the room right to the water was a highlight. We also enjoyed the bars and evening shows. Overall, fabulous place to stay!

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand hôtel au bord de la mer. Les piscines sont très agréables mais si vous souhaitez un transat levez vous très tôt pour poser vos serviettes. Le tout inclus est vraiment exceptionnel, le personnel est adorable, polie, prévenant. Les animations sont toujours parfaites et conduites par une équipe sympathique et performante.

absolutely amazing. Food selection outs standing, staff go above and beyond, I don’t know about old reviews as they put me of but this is a really really good hotel. The relation manager who was covering booked all my trips so cheap we rented a scooter for around 20 euro and drrove round the town rhoda is amazing and this hotel is worth visiting

When we finally arrived at the Road Beach Resort Spa, we were told we would be staying up the street in another hotel tonight because they didn't have room for us! We were taken in a battered two-door car by someone who was working for the hotel and didn't wear his seatbelt, so we grumbled most of the way. The next day the deputy manager, Andrew, picked us up, apologized, and drove us back to Road Beach, on the way we asked about good fish restaurants and not only did he recommend his favorite, he drove us there a few days later and it was great. Sadly, it took two days to get beach towels as they simply didn't have enough. The hotel was very busy, the staff worked hard and were always pleasant, the buffet style restaurant was excellent for the number of guests and the quality of food it delivered three times daily. The omelette lady was fantastic, as everyone said, she was great, her food was cooked to perfection and her smile and conversation were infectious! The hotel staff worked very hard and remained polite and professional and served everything with a smile! The music was good, and families seemed to enjoy the performances, especially the audience participation parts! The beach was well kept by tractors cleaning the weed, and it was nice to have yoga, archery, and boules to take part in during the day. We enjoyed the

Tripadvisor pros Nice setting beachfront with very private views over Albanian mountains Free pedals plenty of flimsy sun loungers we never struggled to find beds in an extremely busy half term week just not the comfortable cushioned ones Not sure why people had to reserve them for hours on end great bar and restaurant staff, crepes and pool bar. I really enjoyed the three extra beachfront restaurants. I used the Greek for lunch and asian for lunch.. Arrived at a am without a bed made up for my son as well as drinks cups and glasses in the room always for two there were three. No coffee sachets. I was hoping for a contemporary room, but it was worse. The drawers smelled so bad, I could not use them. One toilet flush didnt work at all, and the second stopped working for a night on the night I was really sick. No wireless in rooms and generally poor in all communal bathrooms dozens of wild cats appear to be living on hotel grounds and freely roaming around restaurants and poop everywhere. Every party on our bus home had at least one person in their group with the same symptoms, unfortunately, we had to call reception twice for help from breakfast. We were told to leave the dirty towels outside the room through the walkway they were still there 48 hrs later there was a large group of aggressive noisy swearing guests

The employees at the bar and dining area were so impolite and unprofessional, they served all meals with terrible food, plus the cost was so high because the place was so awful. The pool was filthy and overly chlorined but the beach was lovely. The kitchen was so terrible with the horrible food and drinks. We didn't eat the buffet for 20 minutes, as they still overcooked the food. But, everyone else we saw here was very dangerous.

We stayed in May this year in room 325. It was noisy, very close to the reception, the beginning of the corridor, and there was a compressor that came on day and night. Apart from the weather, the food service was outstanding, especially the drinks girls and our omelette and showcooking lady. The only serious problem was my wife and I both died of food poisoning, as did a number of other guests, probably where the show cooking took place. Lack of hygiene using tongs for raw food that were the same used to serve guests and for stacking up the serving dishes with cooked meats There must be one used for cooking and a separate one for serving and stacking onto the trays after the meat has been cooked!.

Clean, spacious rooms with all amenities for a great stay. All-inclusive with helpful multi-lingual staff offering lots of entertainment throughout the day and into the evening. Car parking was a little tricky in the dark but otherwise just about manageable. Shame that residents hog the sun loungers from early morning unnecessarily. But with plenty of pools this wasn’t too bad an issue.
