If you want to stay in the old town, this is the place you should stay! Great location, nice staff, comfortable beds, and the most special room weve ever stayed in. Ask to learn about the history of the building. Make sure you check your Google Maps route if you are renting a vehicle. We were directed to drive within the old town by the staff. Another story altogether!

No words, this hotel is small and authentic, the breakfast food and service is also very impressive, and the staff is very kind. We only had the good things to say during our 7-day stay. I highly recommend it for those who enjoy history.

I had reservations about coming to the hotel because of how it was hidden behind the walls and that taxis are not permitted inside. The driver advised me to call the hotel and have us picked up, which I did and believe to be the owner. He was very helpful and set up a buggy to pick us up and drop us off outside the hotel. On arrival, we were upgraded, which was very nice, but in fact, we wanted to try the room we had reserved, the medieval suite, but it was quite nice and very clean, and the breakfast was lovely and fresh. Hotel staff were really helpful and I can't do more for us because the owner is a ghost.

We are incredibly appreciative of the wonderful time we had while staying here. We were greeted by the best service, amiable, and competent hotelier, a charming, historic hotel that is in an excellent location to see the old town, from the time we made our reservation until the moment we hopped on the taxi to depart from this superb hotel. We were given a balcony suite with a view of the courtyard. It was tastefully furnished and had the appropriate balance of contemporary and historic details. A lovely place to relax in the evening while viewing the Rhodian sunsets was the balcony. Marianne and her team are the epitome of professionalism. They went above and beyond the service we had anticipated. Breakfast was generous, freshly made, and delicious, and the room was expertly cleaned and replenished each day. We were even given a surprise surprise treat of a bottle of bubbly to honor our wedding anniversary, a thoughtful and generous present that perfectly concluded our visit at the hotel. We heartily endorse this hotel and express our gratitude for how wonderful our visit was.

We loved this beautiful hotel what a treasure. It oozes charm from the rooms to the incredible breakfast in the courtyard. Marianne was the perfect hostess who met us outside the walls when our taxi had to drop us off there telling us the amazing details of excavations of the 2,00 year old market entrance that lies beneath the hotel. And such generosity with wine and bubbles in the fridge after a long day traveling.
