Very nice location, close to both calmer and more wavy beaches. Close to the bar district and is situated in the touristy area. The breakfast is maybe a bit sparse, but had everything I needed. Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything based here. Breakfast was more the adequate for the price point with continental and some English offerings as well as some Lovely Greek Cheese breakfast Pie, along with Breads and Different typs of Eggs. Would we stay again? we sure would and will when we visit the Island again.

Wow what can I see for my first time in Greece. Maria was exceptional from check in to check out. Attentive and nothing but great hospitality. Makes your travels more at ease! Always smiling. Do not let her go she’s great! Also Maria amazing hospitality as well. The breakfast was a good start to your morning! Thank you to ALL the staff for an amazing! I will be back.

We had an excellent stay. All of the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food. There were some staples, like bacon and eggs, and tomatoes, cucumbers, and yogurt every morning. There was a dessert that changed daily. Many varieties of bread for toast with different spreads. The orange marmalade was very good. The hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk from the Medieval city and there are lots of good restaurants around. We especially recommend Thassos (good food and very nice waiters). There is no on-site parking and parking around the city is very close parallel parking. We found parking near Elli beach. There were usually spots available there.

We stayed 6 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the room and public spaces were kept very clean, breakfast staff ensured everything was fresh and hot and the breakfast area was always clean. The location is within easy walking distance to the beaches, harbour, old city and many restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Konum olarak şahane bir lokasyonda. Yeme-içme, alışveriş mekanları, lokal Yunan lezzet durakları, tavernalar, plaj, casino, barlar hepsi yürüme mesafesinde. Old town da keyfili bir yürüyüş uzaklıkta. Personel çok cana yakın, her türlü konuda yardımcılar, tatilinize değer katıyorlar. Kahvaltı güzel, odalar ter temiz ve her türlü ihtiyaca yönelik modern tasarlanmış. Geniş, ferah ve donanımlı. This was our second visit to the hotel. It's centrally located, modern and clean. The staff are very welcoming helpful and friendly. The included breakfast has plenty of choice. I highly recommend the Santa Maria hotel to anyone staying in Rhodes town.

Habitación amplia con lo necesario, aire acondicionado y balcón. El baño está renovado pero el cristal no es lo suficientemente grande y el agua se sale al ducharse. El desayuno buffet esta muy bien con diferentes opciones. El hotel esta muy bien situado. Calidad-precio inmejorable.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Unterkunft. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und für jedermann was dabei. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden wieder kommen, danke an das Team! LG aus Deutschland

Esperienza ottima. Hotel molto bello, in posizione eccellente. La camera era pulitissima e curata, con una doccia molto apprezzabile e un letto comodo. Il personale è stato sempre educato e gentile. Forse la varietà della colazione non era eccezionale, ma considerando il prezzo e la qualità complessiva dell’albergo, direi che non ci si può proprio lamentare. Perfetto: lo consiglio e, personalmente, ci tornerei senza esitazione. Top.
