The staff were less friendly at first but warmed up throughout the visit and were very helpful in booking activities for us. The rooms were fantastic, big and bright. Pool got very very busy by 10:15 am there is nowhere to sit

Excellent stay. Rooms are very spacious,and we were upgraded to the superior room as we were celebrating my husband's birthday, which is absolutely incredible. Yanis in reception is lovely and extremely helpful. Also the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, with so much variety, even for vegetarians like us. Would definetely recommend this place.

From the moment we arrived till we departed, it was an awesome experience. The staff was soo friendly and welcoming. Its a shame I can’t remember their names as there was two members who really stood out. Customer service has absolutely no fault. We stayed in the standard sea view room. The room was very spacious. You must be prepared to climb stairs depending on the room you are staying at. The location is really good. Literally about 10 minutes walk from Fira and about 15-20 minutes from Oia via transport. Beautiful restaurants nearby. The breakfast is decent. I’m guess they didn’t do room service due to covid. One thing I would like is to have mushrooms on more days lol We stayed for 5 days Very clean

The hotel has very good cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing and very delicious. The room person was so friendly, the bag guy was very helpful and friendly, as was the best service for me. I stayed for 7 nights. A swimming pool with very good cleanliness and large warm water, thank you.

Every morning my friend and I were so impressed with the beauty of this resort. Though it was off-season, everything was calm, though. The hotel was beautiful. The room was large, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could want, plus you can see the sunrise every morning. The breakfast was varied and filling, and, although in the off season we may have to walk a little bit farther to restaurants and stores, it was still worth the cost. I will return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't know where the reviews in the past were, but not in the splendour resort. We had a wonderful time when we stayed here from start to finish. Every day, the rooms were immaculately cleaned and maintained. Daily change of comfortable, clean towels. The rooms are enormous, the beds are huge, and the bathrooms are contemporary and wellappointed. Every member of the staff, from receptionist to cleaners, was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The area is immaculately clean and wellkept.

Staff amazing especially Jennifer ( Baby Bear ) made us feel very welcome & provided exceptional service John the Chef was great too , he couldn’t do enough for us & has a tremendous passion for his food Nickolas our sever , always smiled & was very attentive Our Room with the pool was very nice , but wouldn’t stay in any other room there Hotel in general was too far away from the Santorini we all love & see photos of My suggestion is to stay on the Cliffs at Fira or Oia for a few nights , for the magical Sunsets , Restaurant's & Shopping Then go & rest up at Splendor Resort & feel the LOVE ❤️

Hôtel très bien situé, bien équipé avec de vastes chambres et une très belle piscine (un peu fraîche en début de séjour mais vite réchauffée). Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit très moyen car le restaurant est très correct.

It was in a good area. It does not face the Caldera though. It was walking distance to Firostefani and there were places to eat all around it. The pool was always busy so if you want a spot by it get there early!
