Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Nous étions dans la partie récente de l'hôtel, chambre spacieuse et vraiment propre. Seul point négatif la clim mal repartie, une partie à froid l'autre chaud. Le restaurant de la plage est vraiment top le restaurant principal est varié et avec du choix. Les piscines sont superbes et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Petit bémol sur les transats qui sont toujours réservés d'un soir sur l'autre, c'est la chasse. Le personnel est hyper agréable et fait tout pour que vous passiez un bon moment. Un effort à faire sur l'utilisation du plastique. Un bel établissement pour des vacances en famille.

Très bon séjour:personnel adorable,infrastructures satisfaisantes . Nous avons trouvé l'animation suffisante,les buffets variés(les horaires d'ouverture étaient trop courtes selon moi). Il passe en effet une dizaine d'avions/jour au dessus de l'hôtel;çà ne nous a pas dérangé mais si c'est un critère pour vous… Nous y retournerions avec plaisir!

Overall excellent! Super friendly staff! Beautiful buildings (it is a village) with landscaped gardens and very large and comfortable rooms! Nice playing yard for children! Highly recommended for families! Very pleasant relaxing experience in spa! BUT 1. Road to the beach, not the distance (it is just 100m), but the quality: bumpy, uneven, with no place for pedestrians... And cars coming all the time at high speeds! 2. Animation programme is very poor. 3. Very little fresh fruit and vegetables in the restaurant. Thank you for nice holiday!

We had a great time in st constantin. Friendly staff, very nice buffet, good bar, nice pools and good location. The hotel itself is almost a gated community so perfect if you have kids in the 5-12 year range. Nice local beach and a few mini markets where you can buy the few things not included in the hotel. Five stars, well five charter hotel stars maybe but when compared to a five star hotel in Dubai or the Caribbean then no ! Nice enough room with balcony and spacious but the beds were rock hard. Overall high points

Vi har nydt vores ophold på hotellet. Super service og god buffet. 2 dejlige poolområder, og flere sportsaktiviteter i og omkring poolen i løbet af dagen. Værelserne var store og rene, men lever ikke helt op til 5 stjerner i standard. Hotellet ligger i et roligt område kun 1 min. gang fra dejlig strand. Der er enkelte restauranter i nærheden, men ikke rigtig nogen by i gåafstand.

Nel complesso siamo stati soddisfatti, tuttavia non si tratta sicuramente di un albergo a 5 stelle. Spiaggia relativamente vicina e di sabbia, non molto grande. Mare molto bello. Lettini e ombrelloni a pagamento. Cucina al di sotto delle aspettative: mancanza di frutta fresca (solo meloni e angurie) Fattore di disturbo potrebbero essere gli aerei in fase di atterraggio (a momenti uno ogni 15 min.).

Ok hotel, very poor all inclusive offer. Very small plastic glasses, queues. No social distancing. Beach front area could have been a lovely evening bar area but was only part used as an a la Carte. Had to pay for the safe and WiFi. Nice location but could be so much better.

Disappointed, no way near five star! The food was not great. There were no pool towels. There were no toiletries In Bathroom The all inclusive package was very limited and the cola light was like sugared water. You know as soon as you walk in it is not 5 star. The snack bar food is lying open and is cold. We stayed in new building and the room was lovely and big but the air conditioning never cooled the room it was way too hot to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The shower cubicle is huge and looks nice, but there is only a hand held shower head. The whole place apart from new rooms looks in need of a makeover. We have stayed in many beautiful places in Crete but this is the worst.

This hotel is more like a motel or a 2-3 star hotel not 5 star. Everything is old, smells and dirty. Reception is old rooms are old, sewage overflowing when showering. All plates and spoons are stained with food and cups are chipped cracked and stained. The booking included transport to and from airport and Wi-Fi. But we had to pay extra for this. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, AC in rooms doesn’t work. Staff is tired grumpy and rude. All inclusive meals were so terrible we had to eat out everyday all meals cause we couldn’t eat the disgusting food they served in the dirty plates and dirty tables. The shower was broken , tiles had orange mold and sheets and towels were old had holes and stains on them. Everything was terrible and we hated every minute of this hotel stay. Only good this was animation team that went above and beyond to entertain guests. Playground and pools were a joke and the 5 stars is a lie. The beach was terrible and the area and building was a disaster. Nothing of what 5 star hotel should offer was available. No room service, no cleanliness and no service. Not even coffe in the rooms. Stay away from this hotel and the hotel should not be rated 5 stars. Not even 4!!!
