I highly recommend this place. We stayed for 2 weeks in September 2018. In August 2018 Gianni at Stay John was able to assist us on a limited schedule. The flats are simple but of good size, well-equipped and tidy. The facility and the adjoining restaurant are managed by a very friendly and hospitable family. The restaurant food was excellent and reasonable. The location is quiet, so you can sleep soundly, yet the town and beach are only a 10 minute walk away. A large supermarket is also within 100 meters.

Friendly, well-behaved staff are always available if needed. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach and close to a minimal. The food on the premises is tasty and less expensive than buying from the shop. A quiet area at night which makes for good sleep.

We visited Cos in June and this week. This location has genuinely kind and helpful employees. They provide supersized salads and the city center hippocrates plan is a 5 minute bike ride away, the beaches marina side is a 5 minute walk away, and on the opposite side you can ask for traditional yogurt, as you know where it comes from. We will definitely return.

In the room where I stayed, we had a huge size with a flat screen and two balconies. I have a fully functional kitchenette with table chairs and everything else. The double bedroom was a good size and had air conditioning. A balcony affixed to the bedroom. There was a balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom's cleanliness was also excellent, with toiletries and bath amenities as needed. I'm glad we received a fantastic service. We had a better vacation because of the great restaurant downstairs that dealt with Sepsis. There are also many other places to eat near the beach and town, but I never had to venture out, because this family's cuisine and companionship made our trip total. Many thanks to Gianni John, Irene Mice, and keep doing what you do. See you all soon.

I chose this apartment after reading the reviews and it's location. The owner was very friendly. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. Quiet area yet close enough to the center of cos a minute walk along sea front. Big supermarket 1 street back from apartments recommend a stay here it also has a restaurant.
